Restaurant condemned, pool out of order, no extra towels, limited to non existent housekeeping, hotel made major safety error giving out room my wife’s key to a complete stranger and until confronted with a call to head office nothing would have been done…even at that just one night taken off bill. Front desk even hung up on me when I was trying to understand how this happened to my wife and young children who were alone on-a girls shooing trip. I wanted to see if they could be moved into a new room for safety (which was a no!) and at the very least was the key given out cancelled but I was hung up on. After that my wife was made to feel like she was overreacted by being scared that her room key was given to a complete stange man who entered my room at 11:30pm in an area known for human trafficking. They even have a sign on the hotel room doors to watch out for human traffickers. Do not stay at this hotel or chain.

If you’re going to or coming from Canada it’s a great place to stop. The town has everything you need, and there’re many places to eat, a museum, and plenty of out door activities, and quite historical.

The motel was very centered amongst shopping, dinning and other facilities. I used the pool and it was clean and well maintained.
The staff were friendly and very efficient. We ate at a wonderful Mexican restaurant called “hacienda “ and it was less than a mile from the motel.

There was nothing about my staff at the Comfort Inn that I liked. I would not visit that hotel again and would definitely not recommend anyone booking that facility unless you like overpriced run down rooms.
I didn't have high expectations based on the reviews, but I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was nice and comfortable. It's adjacent to a number of useful places like a shopping mall, a huge supermarket, Walmart, Target, and decent food options. The hotel itself has a nice bar. Excellent place overall. I would happily stay there again!
The location is right off the highway with lots of parking. You can walk to the grocery store next door. Breakfast is just so-so. The rooms are spacious and have laminate floors so no smelly carpet. You can open the windows. It’s great to have a bar available but no food on the premises. The outdoor pool was nice with poolside towels available. Staff were friendly.
The location of the hotel is convenient and the hotel looks inviting. The service is good, as the people on staff were very helpful and warm.
The bed was really comfy, the hotel was quiet and we definitely slept well and were rested and refreshed when we left.
The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly, thr complimentary breakfast was delicious, I will definitely recommend the Hampton Inn to all my family and friends who is traveling to Watertown
Continental Breakfast was okay but could have a little improvement i.e have had regular size muffins rather than little mini ones and perhaps some hard boiled eggs as we have seen in other hotels.
always a great and reliable hotel to stay at. The staff are great, rooms are very clean and the breakfast is fantastic! Close, but not too close to the highway and all central amenities
The location is convenient, the breakfast was very good, bathroom had toiletries, the hotel has free parking. There is coffee maker with capsules provided in the room.
The room was very spacious and clean. I also found the bed to be more comfortable than most hotel beds. The location was close to food, gas, and other conveniences.
