Restaurant condemned, pool out of order, no extra towels, limited to non existent housekeeping, hotel made major safety error giving out room my wife’s key to a complete stranger and until confronted with a call to head office nothing would have been done…even at that just one night taken off bill. Front desk even hung up on me when I was trying to understand how this happened to my wife and young children who were alone on-a girls shooing trip. I wanted to see if they could be moved into a new room for safety (which was a no!) and at the very least was the key given out cancelled but I was hung up on. After that my wife was made to feel like she was overreacted by being scared that her room key was given to a complete stange man who entered my room at 11:30pm in an area known for human trafficking. They even have a sign on the hotel room doors to watch out for human traffickers. Do not stay at this hotel or chain.

If you’re going to or coming from Canada it’s a great place to stop. The town has everything you need, and there’re many places to eat, a museum, and plenty of out door activities, and quite historical.

The motel was very centered amongst shopping, dinning and other facilities. I used the pool and it was clean and well maintained.
The staff were friendly and very efficient. We ate at a wonderful Mexican restaurant called “hacienda “ and it was less than a mile from the motel.

There was nothing about my staff at the Comfort Inn that I liked. I would not visit that hotel again and would definitely not recommend anyone booking that facility unless you like overpriced run down rooms.
We stayed overnight on a long drive from Ohio to Quebec. The hotel was perfect for our needs. The breakfast buffet was a nice surprise - a lovely spacious room with a lot of windows, plus many choices of breakfast items. My family especially the pancake machine, which they dubbed the “pancake printer.” All the staff were friendly and helpful. We had a short but very nice stay!
The staff was great. We were visiting other family members that lived an hour from the hotel and when those family members came to the hotel we were able to hang out in the lobby and pool area feeling very welcomed to do so. Even though we had some issues the customer service was great they fixed all issues we had except the wifi.
We actually booked here online by mistake but were pleasantly surprised!
The front desk staff was much friendlier than the hotel we thought we booked at 😅
Hotel was tidy and clean-lots of tasty breakfast options. The pool area and gym were clean and the whole hotel was accessible- great value for the low price!
What Breakfast ! there was no cook we waited for almost 2 hours than had to go out for breakfast, this was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel , we have to reconsider our choice of hotel locaters , not what we expected from Booking .Com after our bad experience at Ramada Bellville Ont last fall.
It was a decent enough hotel, but it smelled very musty in there. Our bed was also very lumpy, so we didn’t get a great rest. The breakfast was as impressive though. Scrambled eggs with cheese, bacon, sausage, biscuits, waffles etc. We enjoyed that
Room was basic and clean, although outdated.
Good location across from our favorite sushi restaurant in Watertown. We needed an inexpensive place to stay before catching an early flight the next morning, this was good for that.
The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly, thr complimentary breakfast was delicious, I will definitely recommend the Hampton Inn to all my family and friends who is traveling to Watertown
Room was the dirtiest that I have EVER STAYED in. Was terrible, if not for no vacancy elsewhere would of immediately left. Have stayed in100s of motel/hotels. Will never go there again, will sleep in car if necessary.
