I loved the location and the pool was very nice. So unusual to have an indoor pool at a motel. Unfortunately, the hot tub was out of order. Peppermill's, the restaurant recommended by the night desk clerk was great.

Loved all you can do there but was very disappointed with parasailing. We had a reservation for saturday that got pushed to sunday because of wind which then got pushed again till monday because of wind. Basically we didnt parasail as we got another call monday saying they couldn't go out again. So we had to call it quits on trying because our stay was over. Very disappointing!

Downtown Glens Falls high street is flower filled with restaurants and bars serving outside on patio terraces. It has a great European flair to it. Behind is the park with a bandstand and more flowers. It's a quaint little spot. The canal walk access is just 1/4 mile away and the main town of Queensbury has every major shop you would expect to see along with the designer outlets which are always a favorite. Now a university town and only 20 minutes from Saratoga Springs for the races.

I enjoyed the convenience of fast food, gas stations and just about anything you need being right around the area. We spent our trip at Moreau Lake State Park which was amazing! The hotel was a quick 10 minute ride to. It was great! I could walk across the street to McDonalds, Taco Bell and a gas station and store with everything from fresh brewed coffee to hot pizza and cold delicious salads right there. It was great not searching around for the nearest places to eat or shop! They were all an eye distance away! It was a wonderful trip and I will most definitely be going again!

We were only in this area overnight as we were heading back to Michigan from Maine, but I want to come back and explore this area of Upstate New York again. And I want another opportunity to stay at the Queensbury Hotel.

Glenn Falls is a wonderful, condensed town that hops during the day and gets sleepy after 10 p.m. week nights. Very bike friendly (Warren County Bikeway and the Feeder Canal) It's a great place to jump off if you're headed into the southern Adirondacks (about 45 minutes to Schroon Lake) or Lake George (depending on traffic on Route 9, 15 to 30 minutes) or Lake Champlain (about 1 hour away). Heading south you travel through some beautiful valleys nestled up against the Berkshires.
Beautiful old hotel in a great location in Glens Falls. So glad I stayed in Glens Falls and away from the Interstate.
Staff was all I could hope for. Even ones I wasn't dealing with smiled and said " hi" when I encountered them. I really felt welcome.
Very spacious and comfortable room.
Pub and Restaurant ( breakfast) were great. Ditto what I said about hotel staff . Waitress in restaurant and bartender in pub were friendly and efficient.
This apartment was perfect for our needs. It was clean and nicely decorated. They had nice towels and shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. The location was very convenient to downtown Glens Falls and West Mountain. We would definitely stay here again. 5 stars!
The reception was great and very helpful. We stayed in adjoining rooms. The air outside was fresh! Everything worked great in the rooms. It was just a very good stay and a good option compared to nearby areas where motels were either dirty or too expensive. This is just a very good option.
We loved the restoration of an historic hotel, tastefully done by retaining much of the original tiles, etc. Since the hotel had three or four wedding parties going at the same time, the size of the hotel enabled us to still feel uncrowded.
It is very convenient, right on Rt 9 between Saratoga and Glens Falls. The owner is very welcoming and accommodating, always making sure everything is right. The price was reasonable and the place is very clean.
Really friendly welcome. Loved the old-world feel of the hotel. Really comfortable room. We enjoyed the swimming pool, and had it all to ourselves! Dinner in the Fenmore Pub was delicious.
Great location in Saratoga Springs. Amazing heritage details are showcased by the upgrades happening in the hotel. Comfortable beds in a very clean space.
