I'm still livid that the management would choose to subject guests to FOX news propaganda while visiting the lobby while checking in and eating breakfast. All those supporting the former treasonous insurrectionist lying criminal traitor do not belong in the hospitality industry.
I'm extremely offended.

Great town where real people live and work, not like the resort towns of Beaver Creek and Vail. We stayed as a mini-break during a longer ski vacation. The hot springs are a brilliant way to relax and enjoy the winter sunshine. Expensive to get in at $32, plus another $8 for a towel rental (Probably cheaper to buy one at Walmart!), but you can come & go all day if you wish. The vapour caves are quieter & more serene with a sad history of the white folks displacing the native Americans. You probably need to book in advance as they need to limit entrants to the caves - $20 for 2hr stay, including a towel!
Plenty of choice of restaurants and bars in town, all within walking distance. Easy drive to Glenwood Springs as the I70 (and railway line) go right through the middle.

Room was very small, smelled like mildew, air conditioner didn’t work, breakfast was horrible, beds were very old and hard and slanted towards the edges of the bed. The hot springs pool was wonderful and the staff there were friendly and helpful.

Should not be charging for open lot parking.
Should not be charging for open lot parking. Should offer at least a continental breakfast. Way too many additional add-on charges. 15% tax in Glenwood Springs (?). The room charge per night apparently, as I was told, varies according to hotel bookings. We were there off season. Room service, minimal clean towels, emptying trash, only occurs after a 2 night stay Really? The staff was the best. Attentive and friendly.

Lovely hotel, centrally located.
Lovely hotel, centrally located. Room had all the facilities one could need. Breakfast was included and was very good. Despite being central and directly on a busy road it was surprisingly quiet.
Highly recommended if in the area or having a session in the Hot Springs!

This lovely historic hotel is conveniently situated just across the pedestrian bridge from downtown Glenwood Springs and the hot springs pool. The large lobby is comfy and the outdoor area is serene. Our king room with parlor, with its sofa and table, was a wonderful place to rest after hiking and exploring the town. They have installed window air conditioners which worked extremely well. We enjoyed looking at all of the historic articles and photographs on the walls of the lobby and floors. The breakfast was excellent!
Very happy with the location. We arrived by train and were on foot, and the hotel was within easy walking distance of the train station, as well as downtown Glenwood Springs and a number of attractions (the tram, the caves, the hot springs). There were plenty of dining options in the area. Staff was great -- pleasant and helpful. Quiet, comfortable room, with the bonus of a fridge and microwave.
I loved the antique furniture throughout the hotel and in the bedrooms. The historic pictures that were on display and the write ups were fascinating. My favorite was the old hotel register that is in the elevator. The hotel was beautiful. Staff was friendly and made you feel welcomed. Room commendations were very nice and I slept well. I would recommend others to stay at the Hotel Denver.
Great location just of the interstate. Close to many restaurants and hot springs. Loved the Bavarian look of this hotel. Very friendly staff at check in and checking out. We stayed two different nights in two different rooms. The 2nd time we stayed they let us check in earlier than expected. Both rooms were lovely and had nice views of the mountains.
The rooms are modernized with laminate flooring and tile. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The room and the grounds of the hotel are kept in tip top shape and everything is super clean. Great value and location was great for us as well. It's about 1.5 miles from the hot springs. But, my wife and I like to walk so it worked out perfect.
The property and exterior of the hotel are adorable, lobby area clean and welcoming. The room, a suite with a double bed and a pullout loveseat was one of the nicest rooms I've ever stayed in, also the most expensive despite it being a "budget" room in Glenwood Springs
The rooms were well laid out, comfortable and spacious. The hotel location is great and the rooms were quiet despite being in the centre of downtown. Nice that the hotel has its own brewery and is walking distance to lots of restaurants, the parks and the springs.
Price we paid was the main reason we stayed. Breakfast was included which was simple but good for our family; bagels, cereal, yogurt, fruit, hard boiled eggs. Location was convenient for getting to the hot springs and downtown.
The breakfast was what you would expect from a hotel breakfast, but the waffles from the waffle bar were exceptional. Also, the beds were the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever slept in.
Breakfast was great. So was the location. Staff on checking in was ok. Night staff preferred to talk to one another rather than address our questions. Pool and hot tub were great.
The hotel is really pretty on the outside. It has an indoor pool with a slide, and the breakfast area is solid. The rooms were basic but the power points were good.
