Unfortunately, we spent only one night in this beautiful place, but we didn't want to leave at all. The accommodation and place is magical, beautifully thought out. The hospitality of the owner Janko Zupanec is incredible. Wine, fantastic home cooking in the best sense of the word, simply amazing. We had the opportunity to taste Janko's salami .. for sure the best I have ever eaten. We are very much looking forward to returning to this magical place.
Many thanks Janko

The room is a little too small, while on the other hand, the bathroom of the same room is large and excellent.
Breakfast is delicious.
Dinner was solid, with the exception of an appetizer called vegetable carrpatio (thinly sliced celery, carrots and zucchini), which a goat, for example, would surely like. Although the chef could certainly ask for some advice from the Croatian chefs regarding the preparation of mussels on the buzara, so that the sauce is not so watery.
The spa area is nothing special, but it is especially irritating to see small children in the area with saunas, because they obviously don't belong there, at least that's how other hotels work.
In conclusion, nothing special. I can only praise the employee at the reception, who was extremely kind and accommodating.

Calm and quiet town with Magnesium springs and thermals.
Calm and quiet town with Magnesium springs and thermals. There are many chances to take cheap and quality accommodation with food. Good place for old people or those who is looking for escape from noisy environment. If you traveling with kids, you have to find hotel/apartments with swimming pool or other activities bcs there is nothing for kids in the town. If summarize: good calm place to spend couple days on the half way to or from the sea shore and relax.

If you have health issues - this place is the best.
If you have health issues - this place is the best. If you are a tourist looking for some relaxation, this place with its surroundings is actually nothing special. Don't be surprised, Russians are quite fanatic about spa-tourism and you will be greeted in Russian, because vast majority of guests (outside the health resort which looks like a huge hospital) are Russians. If you know Russian, you will be amazed by the beautiful Russian-Slovenian-Styrian accent the locals speak, some sort of a Slavic Esperanto - Rogaska is actually a linguistics heaven! We named this language Russvenian and it should be included in Slovenian "Pravopis" as the 65th Slovenian dialect.

Nice location, next to the other hotels. Particularly enjoyed the vicinity of a nearby hill for morning trail runs. The wellness facilities were clean with very few people. They offer a variety of different saunas and pool. Especially try the Russian sauna outside.
There are some big positives in this hotel. Food is one of them. Breakfast and dinner were really tasty and many different choices. Location of this hotel is perfect, calm part of Rogaška Slatina close to Magnesium springs. Swimming pool was also clean and nice.
