We loved the cosy, family feel of this hotel. A short 5 minute walk into the town and a 10 minute walk to the beautiful lake, Jasna … this makes it the perfect location. We booked a junior suite in the older part of the hotel. This was a lot bigger than we expected and very comfortable. The balcony overlooking the mountains was a great addition. The food way exceeded our expectations and was plentiful. The total jewel in the crown is the staff. Nikola, Jadran and the rest of the team were extremely knowledgeable & friendly. They are passionate about their hotel and that their guests have everything they need for a memorable stay.

Everything!!!! The service is absolutely impeccable. They did not let me lift a finger (or a bag). The room is so nice, just remodeled. The bed is so beyond comfortable. The toiletries all provided are incredible. The restaurant is outstanding and breakfast is insanely amazing. I could go on and on. I cannot wait to come back.

The accommodation was excellent, close to the city center and the slopes. Food was very good, lots of choices and it was tasty and not spicy, which we liked. I would especially like to say thank you to Niko, the restaurant manager, who was extremely kind, helpful and always there for us. Our large family had the possibility to dine together. We are thankful for that. Also, there was one particular waiter, Bogoljub, who was very friendly with all our kids, thus making their restaurant experience amazing. We enjoyed ice skating in front of the hotel, as well as the closeness to everything in the city. On the other hand, the hotel was very quiet. All in all, we are very satisfied with our stay in the hotel and would definitely come again.
