Stunning views in national park Pltivička jezera.
Stunning views in national park Pltivička jezera. Plenty of walking paths that are exceptionally maintained. Restaurants, coffee and souvenir shops can be found on main spots with decent prices. Most of places are card only which is another big plus for this place.

Plitvicka is beautiful.
Plitvicka is beautiful. I recommend booking tickets well in advance and going early. Upper and Lower Lakes are beautiful. We walked both lakes in one day, starting at approximately 9:30am, finishing at 4:00pm during shoulder season.

Comfortable bed! Location to Plitvice park entrance #3.
Comfortable bed! Location to Plitvice park entrance #3. Quality of food was great. Variety of breakfast options. Ease of parking. Staff:) Free activities: pool, table tennis, small ‘zoo’, several outdoor sitting areas.
Cons:
Size of shower (no problem for us as we are small) Charge for archery.

The scenery and walkways were awesome.
The scenery and walkways were awesome. Loved they kept the walkways more natural in wood and rock and how they weaved throughout the park. They apparently limit the number of guests, but it was VERY crowded both late afternoon and early morning. Hard to enjoy nature with heal to heal people on the paths. Would have paid more to have less people.

That is a magnificent park surrounding beautiful lakes and waterfalls in every second step Although heavily crowded during the high season it does worth to try it perhaps twice so that the second day may have the chance to find an appropriate combination of routes more serene. It is a lifetime experience if it is not crowded.

the park is beautiful and like no other place on earth. yes, it was crowded as we were warned about but we got in at the 8 am timeslot and overall it was fine. definitely purchase your tickets online in advance and get an early slot. Slow down and enjoy the park. its kind of the same thing wherever you are in the parl - crystal clear and calm lakes, with small stream waterfalls and them several larger ones. All of it is beautiful. walking the entire park, you will either get bored because its the same thing throughout, or you will be blessed and calmed by its beauty and having the opportunity to relax, slow down, and enjoy one of the most beautiful places in the world

Everything about our stay here was lovely. The location is a short drive to entrance 2 of the Plitvice Lakes National Park, the rooms and bathrooms were clean, and we were told the dinner options when we checked in. The food was delicious - a set 4 course meal with some options for the main entrée. My husband and I also used the sauna, which is reserved for 1 party at a time making such a nice, calm experience. The owner of the property works hard to ensure all of the guests have a great stay, and he definitely succeeded in our case.
We had one of the most wonderful stays in the villa. It's located in al village, Mukinje which is approx 20-30 min walk from the Plitvice lakes entrance 2. The walk through the forest itself was amazing, The host and staff were really very helpful and patiently answered all our queries. The busses to Split, Zadar, Zagreb stop just 2 min away. Since it's a village, there are limited eating places. Pizzeria Vucnica is located just across the road has really good pizzas.
This was our very best stay in Croatia! The hotel is small, but exceptionally comfortable and clean, located very close to Plitvička jezera National Park, so perfectly suitable to stay before or after the park visit. Everyone working at the property was extremely nice and friendly, and the dinner consisting of fish and mixed grill was an exceptional delight!
We had an interesting room with a shortened/slanted ceiling. I’m not sure if I selected this category when I made my reservation or not. I’m glad it was only for one night though. The bathroom was tough for me and I’m 5’6” and my husband being over 6 ft tall it was a challenge! However, the location is perfect for exploring Plitvice Lakes.
A charming hotel in a stunning location. Staff we’re very friendly. Food was good though a little more choice would have been nice. While the rooms were on the more expensive side compared to other properties close by everything else on site was reasonably priced. Located a short walk from unofficial entrance 3 of Plitvice National Park.
The hotel is next to (200m) ticket counter of Plitvice Jezero entrance 2. Super convenient. The staff was friendly and helped store luggage while I was away checking out the lakes. Room is fine, a bit old but it's a old building. The restaurant was good, the lady who served food was excellent, smiling and very attentive.
Extremely comfortable family-run hotel, bran-new and with very friendly and helpful stuff. Nice breakfast and good dinner in another hotel-restaurant wich belongs to the same family. We were very happy to choose this option. Very relaxing after the day walking at Plitvice Lakes.
Totally recommend staying at this Holiday Lodge! If you want a 5 Star Hotel feeling next to Plitvice Lakes - this is the place to stay! The host was so welcoming & helpful! Breakfast & facilities are amazing! Recommend!
Diner prepared by the owner was absolutely exceptional. Breakfast was
Very good with a big variety of freshly baked goods.
My husband and I are highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Plitvice Lakes.
The location to Entrance 3 of Plitvice was amazing and the free ample parking at the hotel was helpful. Dinner and breakfast at their on-site restaurant were really good - we had a wonderfully cooked steak.
Location is right next to the Plitvice National Park entrance, so if you're going to the park, it's super easy to go from the hotel. The room was quiet and clean.
Everything is good. Nothing to be challenged. But... You have to pass through a forest to reach the entrance 2 of Plitvice Lakes. It's very easy to access.
