The apartment is very modern and furnishings and appliances are excellent and complete— felt suited for a permanent resident. Nicely decorated and the kitchen was well-stocked. Mini-split heater/AC was nice as was a specific oarking spot in front of the building. Owner Carmen was very helpful and immediately answered all questions. A+

And our host was SO friendly and patient (we don't speak Spanish so Google translate was our friend). We went into winter but can see how lovely it would be with the pool in summer. Lots of safe parking. A short taxi ride from Chillan centre. Definitely recommend.

The hotel offers off-site parking a block away in a commercial parking lot. A good alternative for spending a night or two on a road trip from Santiago to the south of Chile.
