Food was fantastic! My favorite soup of the whole trip! Location was so beautiful. I watched the sunrise from my bedroom which was super lovely. Incredible access to hiking (you're literally on a trail)

Very helpful and friendly staff, room, very good and diverse breakfast, great location (many restaurants, cafe, grocery, sports shops, Hrebienok cable car very close), an indoor and outdoor playground for kids, a covered outside pool with warm water. There was a mistake with our room booking and we ended up in a smaller room with our kids. Because we stayed only for 3 days, we didn't change the room and the staff and the director were excellent to fix it / reimburse us for the difference.
