Everything here is clean, quiet, the staff is amazing, always smiling, kind, always offering their help to the guests. No elevator but not many stairs to climb. We arrived at midnight, a lovely guy was waiting for us and helped us settle into the rooms. The food is wonderful, chef Mario is amazing in his cooking.

Staff had some difficulties in communication in English, but they tried their very best and was very nice and friendly, so we were able to understand each other at some point. I can just recommend to anybody. The only part which was not the best the parking place, I guess it's confusing and not really comfortable for 2 cars but we managed and I guess others as well.
