The host welcomed us personally at the house and surprised us with a housemade cake😊 Further more they gave us alot of proposals of places to visit near delnice. The house has everthing that we needed during our stay including two separates houses, one of them with a big grill and a table and the other one with a big table giving space for roughly 10-13 people to sit. At the end of our stay we could also give them our laundry to wash it.MichaelSwitzerland

Our twin room was adequate in size and the en suite shower room was distinctly spacious, with everything working well. The location - at the top of a small mountain outside Delnice - gave rise to great views. The breakfast was great and good value; the kitchen remained open for food until around 7pm, I believe, and the menu looked pretty interesting, although we dined elsewhere.JonathanUnited Kingdom

The swimming pool is about 20 minutes on foot. There are many attractions in Delnice and towns close. The apartment has all what you need even for a longer stay. We were there in the winter, and we were very warm, and the village is incredible in the snow. Distance from property to Delnice is 10 minutes by car or 30-40 min by foot. If you're going for Cinehill festival don't be fooled by summertime, bring some winter clothes. You'll thank me later :)

Another nice thing is that you can park right in front of the door. If I visit Delnice again, I'd definitely return to stay here.
