The city is very nice, unfortunately there are not so many places to visit. We liked Al Ain Oasis, the fortress. Definitely worth going to Jebel Hafeet. The area around Al Ain is very interesting, it looks like a moonscape full of limestone rocks. what surprised us was the very poor visibility probably due to the dust from the desert. Except for the morning and evening everything was in fog all day. We couldn't see the sky or the sun, which was very unpleasant.

Al ain is beautiful less busy but not much to do, I’ll visit Al ain again but not Alberni Jabeel Hafeet they robbed and scammed me from my money. I had to cancel one nights stay due to serious issues and the next morning the receptionist told us we didn’t pay for the second night, we told her to check then she found the payment and said the money will be reversed back to my account. I called them a few times to get information about this and every time they said they money is already reversed, but that’s a lie. The staff was highly unprofessional with check in, the Arabian lady badmouthed her colleagues. The other staff that was communicating with me via phone told me i can bring in Alcohol illegally because it’s not allowed on property( we did not) my whole experience with this hotel was so bad and I won’t recommend it to people.

Excellent place to visit with family.
Excellent place to visit with family. Al Ain Zoo & Jabal Hafeeth are very popular places to visit. Ideal time to visit Alin Zoo is in between 2~5 PM in winter so you will not miss the penguins & Bird Show which is generally schedule at 4:30 pm.
Excellent stay in this lovely hotel. The staff were super helpful. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed .The bathroom was large and there were lots of nice touches in terms of the toiletries. The breakfast was nice with lots of choice. A good location near to the main sights of the city and there is a shopping mall across the road. We would definitely return to this hotel if staying in Al Ain again.

I’m in love with this hotel since oct 2013 which is 10 years ago, during the weather heat of the city, you will find the weather like 10° lower at the top of the mountain where the hotel is located . The pool area is almost perfect , we enjoyed it very much .
The location of the hotel makes it perfect for summer and winter. I visited the hotel during a rainy day, the weather was amazing and the view from the hotel is exceptional as it has an overview over Al Ain city. The room size is great
