The Oasis was good to visit.
The Oasis was good to visit. We hired the electric scooters which were fun and great for getting round the oasis which was free to visit. Jebel Hafeet was impressive with some areas to hike at the base

The city is very nice, unfortunately there are not so many places to visit. We liked Al Ain Oasis, the fortress. Definitely worth going to Jebel Hafeet. The area around Al Ain is very interesting, it looks like a moonscape full of limestone rocks. what surprised us was the very poor visibility probably due to the dust from the desert. Except for the morning and evening everything was in fog all day. We couldn't see the sky or the sun, which was very unpleasant.

Al ain is beautiful less busy but not much to do, I’ll visit Al ain again but not Alberni Jabeel Hafeet they robbed and scammed me from my money. I had to cancel one nights stay due to serious issues and the next morning the receptionist told us we didn’t pay for the second night, we told her to check then she found the payment and said the money will be reversed back to my account. I called them a few times to get information about this and every time they said they money is already reversed, but that’s a lie. The staff was highly unprofessional with check in, the Arabian lady badmouthed her colleagues. The other staff that was communicating with me via phone told me i can bring in Alcohol illegally because it’s not allowed on property( we did not) my whole experience with this hotel was so bad and I won’t recommend it to people.

Al Ain is among one of the most beautiful places in UAE and one should visit to see the efforts done by the authorities in terms of plantations and greenery. A lot of historical places and farms to visit.
Mercure is all about its location . An amazing high on the cliffs location overlooking an Oasis and the city of El ein.
The hotel was built well and designed well. It is outdated in its design..needs complete face lift. But it's well maintained . All in all comfortable. All the hotels employees are kind and eagerly helping. Beautiful swimming pool overlooking a breath taking view. Kids will love this hotel . Nice slides in pool .
Breakfast very good. Coffee of high quality. It is a unique place. I loved it
The staff were friendly and helpful. The manager offered a free coffee when he heard I had arrived after a very long flight. I also received free vouchers for dining and the buffet menu was much cheaper than in similar hotels. The hotel has direct entrance to the mall and it is very easy to get a taxi from either. All in all, it was a pleasant experience and I would be happy to go back again or pop in for a buffet lunch.
Accessibility is very good to the property. Al Ain bus station is nearby for those who travel by public transport. Infront of the property there is a bus stop also. Al Ain mall and Lulu is at walkable distance. Nearby there are good restaurants as well. Rooms are spacious compared to other high star rated hotels. Overall it's value for money for this price range.
The hotel was clean and situated in a nice location. Staff were friendly especially Mr. Muthaleeb who went out of his way to accommodate our requests for an interconnecting room. He even gave us a free suite upgrade on one of the rooms so this last stay of us in Al Ain was truly memorable.
THE LOCATION IS GREAT NEAR IN AL AIN MALL AND AND CENTER OF THE CITY. I LIKE THE RECEPTION HER NAME IS VARSHA IF I AM NOT MISTAKEN. SHE POLITELY ACCOMMODATE US ESPECIALLY OUR REQUEST. EVER SINCE, I'VE ALWAYS CHOOSEN THIS HOTEL DUE TO THE LOCATION AND THEIR SERVICES.
The hotel has a very good location in the heart of the city. Big room. Clean. No bad smell in the room and corridors. Spacious shower. Backyard view. Calm. Satellite channels are English and Arabic. The reception manager was very helpful.
Hotel team were amazing and the breakfast was great, the location is almost in the middle of the city
Prices are acceptable
There are a lot of spaces in the hotel corridors to make sure you are moving comfortable between the rooms
The staff were friendly but nothing in particular stood out in terms of services and facilities. The location is probably the only good thing about the hotel as it is not too far from some of the attractions in the city.
Kids pool under maintenance, but baby pool is aswesome as well the olympic swimming pool.
Room was good, quite but the items is pretty old but in general still the best hotel in Al Ain for families.
Aside from the very friendly hotel crew who do not hesitate to accommodate my inquiries, the hotel was next to the Al Ain Square which has nice coffee shops and restaurants.
I basically enjoyed the serenity of the hotel and their security protocol. Well equiped rooms.
I surely enjoyed my stay in Al Ain Emirate 💃🏾❤️ for my honeymoon weekend.
Large room, comfy bed, great selection of breakfast...
Its great for vacation or work..
Also the hotel has a great location in the heart of Al Ain city.
