The Oasis was good to visit. We hired the electric scooters which were fun and great for getting round the oasis which was free to visit. Jebel Hafeet was impressive with some areas to hike at the base

The city is very nice, unfortunately there are not so many places to visit. We liked Al Ain Oasis, the fortress. Definitely worth going to Jebel Hafeet. The area around Al Ain is very interesting, it looks like a moonscape full of limestone rocks. what surprised us was the very poor visibility probably due to the dust from the desert. Except for the morning and evening everything was in fog all day. We couldn't see the sky or the sun, which was very unpleasant.

Al ain is beautiful less busy but not much to do, I’ll visit Al ain again but not Alberni Jabeel Hafeet they robbed and scammed me from my money. I had to cancel one nights stay due to serious issues and the next morning the receptionist told us we didn’t pay for the second night, we told her to check then she found the payment and said the money will be reversed back to my account. I called them a few times to get information about this and every time they said they money is already reversed, but that’s a lie. The staff was highly unprofessional with check in, the Arabian lady badmouthed her colleagues. The other staff that was communicating with me via phone told me i can bring in Alcohol illegally because it’s not allowed on property( we did not) my whole experience with this hotel was so bad and I won’t recommend it to people.

Excellent place to visit with family.
Excellent place to visit with family. Al Ain Zoo & Jabal Hafeeth are very popular places to visit. Ideal time to visit Alin Zoo is in between 2~5 PM in winter so you will not miss the penguins & Bird Show which is generally schedule at 4:30 pm.
We have been coming for years to Al Ain and stayed at another hotel which has been booked out for this weekend. This hotel is a great discovery not far from Al Ain Adventures or the Al Ain zoo. Easy of the check-in, friendliness of the staff at the reception desk who were very accommodating with our late check out request. Nice restaurant on the premises, swimming pool with sweeping views over Al Ain, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, a spa.
The location was great. Rooms were spacious and clean. Mr. Syed and Mr. Mirza at the reception were so helpful and treated us whole heartedly. Mr Luwis did a great job in assisting us with everything. Kudos to the housekeeping refilled everything at the right time and at right quantity. Well maintained. Pleasant staff.
Good job. I recommend and I will see forward staying with Al Ain Rotana if I visit Al Ain again.
Breakfast was good and the staff served it in a nice manner. Room service, reception and almost everything was handled well. The breathtaking views from the hotel were exceptional. The Best part was that we were on top of a mountain and very far from the crowded city life. We really enjoyed all peaceful moments. It was indeed the best experience we had so far in these pandemic days.
The weather at jabel hafeet was amazing even when it was like 45 Celsius in Al Ain. That was the best part as it was so relaxing. Specially during the evening. We didn't want to come back. The hotel is also really good with great views, good food and nice and clean rooms. No complaints and highly recommended to people who are looking to take a break from the extreme hot weather.
Staff who gave us encouraging words about the weather in Al Ain and assurance that the hotel is not an isolation facility. The location since it is just connected to the mall. They allowed us to extend our check out for one more hour. The staff in the restaurant amazingly memorize our breakfast order. The breakfast was great.
I liked the location of hotel. It is very easy to reach main showplaces in Al Ain like museums, parks, libraries and mosque. I like the food, it is amazing. The hotel is clean and good arranged. The stuff is friendly and nice. Also it is really quick to reach the supermarket, so I’m amazed.
The hotel was clean and situated in a nice location. Staff were friendly especially Mr. Muthaleeb who went out of his way to accommodate our requests for an interconnecting room. He even gave us a free suite upgrade on one of the rooms so this last stay of us in Al Ain was truly memorable.
Staff members were very courteous and friendly. Overall cleanliness of hotel was excellent. Breakfast was very good.
Perfect location, next to a mall which is just 2 mins away walk, makes this a perfect choice for stay at Al Ain.
Friendly staff and facilitates looked nice. however, Abu Dhabi brought in regulations at short notice requiring a pcr test (in the last 2 weeks) in order to use them. So, on this occassion, i had to stay in my room.
The perfect hotel for a weekend getaway here in Al Ain. The room was wonderful, clean, staffs were ncredibly helpful and moreover amenities were great! Will definitely go back again together with the whole family! ❤
Kids pool under maintenance, but baby pool is aswesome as well the olympic swimming pool.
Room was good, quite but the items is pretty old but in general still the best hotel in Al Ain for families.
The Villa, the breakfast, the amenities, the staff were helpful and nice, the Trader Vics, proximity to everything in Al Ain. All in all, it was mostly a pleasant trip.
