Simona made our stay truly magical. We got care that we have never experienced anywhere else. She was always available she prepared extremely tasty breakfast and dinner for us and helped us with everything. I didn't think there was such a level of professional care that a host could provide. We loved every minute of it despite the bad weather. Extremely extremely highly recommended place!

The location being close to the airport was a key factor in our planning. However, I would consider staying at the Grad Strmol on future trips both on arriving as well as on departure. It was fabulous.

The town is not far from the Julian Alps and from Ljubljana.
The town is not far from the Julian Alps and from Ljubljana. Even Postojna or the seaside towns can be visited from Cerklje. There is a good skiing slope in the vicinity. I recommend this town for summer and winter holidays as well.

Picturesque hotel with mountains framing it. Looked like a postcard! Staff was very friendly, informative and accommodating. We have a family of 5 and everyone had a bed. The rooms were very clean. Breakfast was amazing!! We arrived at the airport in less than 6 minutes:) We will definitely return the next time we are flying out of Ljubljana.

The location is beautiful, surrounded by mountains with lots of hiking trails around. The staff of the hotel is very friendly and welcomes you very warmly and are very attentive. The rooms are very clean. The lunch/dinner and breakfast were very good! Definitely recommend this place.

There were not many options but the food was really good and great value for the money. (10€ a meal buying it in advance at arrival)

Parking is right next to the hotel and the staff is super friendly and accommodating. The lobby is very cozy and clean, and there is a big selection of drinks and food. It is also good if one wants to be close Lubliana. Nothing to do in the area of the hotel, simply nothing. Go there only if you have a car, of course.
