This is a nice hotel located close to restaurants and coffee shops as well as a short walk to the bus terminal. It's a simple hotel with very few amenities, but a good value.

The room was located in the Blue condo, which is in the same building as the ski/snowboard rental and lesson office. Literally ski in/out. Impressive view of the slopes and two busy runs with the Sky Standard room. Room was clean. Loved the heated floors-- and that heat can be turned off. Liked the small window that could be opened for fresh air. Good water pressure in the shower. Reception desk was helpful and friendly, after you pull a ticket and wait. Dinners at the Ski House Lodge both nights were tasty and quick.

The hotel was basic, room and bathroom were very small.
The hotel was basic, room and bathroom were very small. The hotel staff were not very helpful in offering information about restaurants and cafes nearby. Spa and sauna are not included in the room price. The hotel is 1.5 km from downtown, so if you prefer to have some restaurant options stay elsewhere. Shuttle bus to/from airport and sky Centers were very useful.

The water park was not very big but it was good enough for family trip. I don't recommend it to young people who are expecting more exciting attractions. The pool bar was offering only few foods but it was interesting experience to eat and drink in the pool. Couldn't go up to the peak due to the bad weather but I will try getting on the cable car next time.

The entire Phoenix resort was redecorated/overhauled, but the access to the ski slopes could have been organized better (more mats, more snow, more slope entrances) near the Pheonix resort as to carry all of the ski equipment for several tens of meters.

Fantastic skiing slopes close by the hotel/resort location of Phoenix. Good and sufficient outdoor and indoor parking availability. A CU convenient shop in the hotel makes is easy to buy some small food or other necessities. The room view is excellent and a small terras allows some fresh airing. or cloth drying when needed. Sufficient ski equipment rental is available at hand, no need to bring anything. Renting and ticketing (RFID) is easy and convenient. Prices are reasonable for a whole day and evening skiing fun.

Beautiful area, no wonder was selected to host the Winter...
Beautiful area, no wonder was selected to host the Winter Olympics. Surprisingly, not very high mountains, only up to about 1500's meters, but very cold. Even in late December, they had (man-made, of course) snow. Tubing was also fun to do. A small animal farm with sheep and alpacas. Easy access by bus or train from Seoul.
The location of the cabin is fantastic. It has beautiful views. The cabin was cleaned and comfortable for my family. It is close to the Phoenix park and other tourist attractions. The host was vey nice and promptly response to my messages. The cabin is equipped with a kitchen and rice cooker. We were able to make our breakfast and late snacks. It is quiet and nice area to go for a hike and enjoy the nature. The owner is super nice and had a English speaker interpreter for us. He told us about the tour attractions in the area.
we couldnt have asked for a better stay in Pyeongchang! the host was extremely helpful, assisting us in renting ski gear, getting ski lift passes, buying train tickets, collecting and dropping us to the station, and he even brought us out for Korean style dinner ! he is such a nice and friendly man we would highly recommend this accommodation for any skiiers thinking of going to Pyeongchang as this was such a positive experience and we would absolutely go again
Location was decent, kind of out of the way but near enough to the ski resort and little shops. There was a CU in the basement - very nice and convenient. The room was clean and well appointed. I liked the large shower and the heated floors. Parking in the basement - great, convenient. The restaurant in the hotel had surprisingly excellent Italian food.
A few km to ski places. Very well isolated rooms, silent and warm. There are some restaurants at B1. There is also a convenience store at B1. There are 3-4 times shuttle services to ski places. You can rent ski and board equipment in the hotel. It is cheaper than ski places. Very helpful staff. Without their help, I could not catch my train.
There were lots of things to do and discounts provided to guests. It was perfect. The staff went above and beyond to help me get to the KTX station after a schedule conflict caused me to miss the shuttle. I am so grateful!! They helped me reach my train with plenty of time to spare. Thank you Phoenix shuttle drivers!
The host was amazing! Very helpful, kind and attentive. She helped us picking us up and dropping us off from the station to the hotel and ski resort.
The room was a bit old, but definitely had it's charm with vintage furniture and a balcony with a nice view. Overall very pleasant memories! Thank you, Jisook!
The staff was friendly and rooms was quite clean and big. Bathroom was also spacious. Location is good as it is right in the middle and so near the ski location. Plenty of eateries around and the restaurant in the hotel is not too bad.
Howard the host made our stay very pleasant, there is nothing that he would not do to help us. I felt sorry for our friends that paid twice as much as us to stay at the resort and miss out experience that Howard was able to gave us.
It is a beautiful, well kept and clean accommodation. The owners of the property, husband and wife were extremely helpful. The owner drove us to and fro the ski resort even though we ended our ski session at 9pm.
The location is excellent for skiing (10 minutes away from Phoenix, 30 minutes from Yongpyong). You really feel like you’re in the woods! The room has a small kitchenette. The property owners are very friendly.
big spacious room 69 sq m facing ski slopes . very accessible to ski slopes. lovely to be able to watch skiers show off their skills fr hotel room. balcony was available for coffee breaks . comfortable bed
Great location to reach Yongpyong resort but also have a village vibe as it is in the middle of the town. Room and bathroom spacious and tidy, with all the necessary amenities provided
Large comfortable room. Pizza and beef in a front of the hotel, coffee in a opposite side. Nice view. 15 minutes to the slopes by car, a lot of rentals on the way
