The hotel was basic, room and bathroom were very small.

The hotel was basic, room and bathroom were very small. The hotel staff were not very helpful in offering information about restaurants and cafes nearby. Spa and sauna are not included in the room price. The hotel is 1.5 km from downtown, so if you prefer to have some restaurant options stay elsewhere. Shuttle bus to/from airport and sky Centers were very useful.

The water park was not very big but it was good enough for family trip. I don't recommend it to young people who are expecting more exciting attractions. The pool bar was offering only few foods but it was interesting experience to eat and drink in the pool. Couldn't go up to the peak due to the bad weather but I will try getting on the cable car next time.

The entire Phoenix resort was redecorated/overhauled, but the access to the ski slopes could have been organized better (more mats, more snow, more slope entrances) near the Pheonix resort as to carry all of the ski equipment for several tens of meters.

Fantastic skiing slopes close by the hotel/resort location of Phoenix. Good and sufficient outdoor and indoor parking availability. A CU convenient shop in the hotel makes is easy to buy some small food or other necessities. The room view is excellent and a small terras allows some fresh airing. or cloth drying when needed. Sufficient ski equipment rental is available at hand, no need to bring anything. Renting and ticketing (RFID) is easy and convenient. Prices are reasonable for a whole day and evening skiing fun.

Good to experience Hanwoo beef, cheaper than and very good quality. Best to visit maybe January to experience lots of snow. Quiet place good for relaxing but be ready for expensive cab rides, not too accessible

Beautiful area, no wonder was selected to host the Winter Olympics. Surprisingly, not very high mountains, only up to about 1500's meters, but very cold. Even in late December, they had (man-made, of course) snow. Tubing was also fun to do. A small animal farm with sheep and alpacas. Easy access by bus or train from Seoul.

The location of the cabin is fantastic. It has beautiful views. The cabin was cleaned and comfortable for my family. It is close to the Phoenix park and other tourist attractions. The host was vey nice and promptly response to my messages. The cabin is equipped with a kitchen and rice cooker. We were able to make our breakfast and late snacks. It is quiet and nice area to go for a hike and enjoy the nature. The owner is super nice and had a English speaker interpreter for us. He told us about the tour attractions in the area.

This was a really great trip! So glad that I chose this wonderful place to stay. Mistress of pension was so nice to us, really help with any questions during trip and can speak English as fluently as Korean. Also this place provides a big discount to ski gear and ski pass to nearby ski resort “Phoenix” and also free transfer. Can’t imagine a better place for this price. We will definitely come back again. Thank you ^^

The host was amazing! Very helpful, kind and attentive. She helped us picking us up and dropping us off from the station to the hotel and ski resort. The room was a bit old, but definitely had it's charm with vintage furniture and a balcony with a nice view. Overall very pleasant memories! Thank you, Jisook!

BTS tour to the In The Soop location was even better than I imagined. Loved the seeing locations from the show! 💜 But I also liked the hotel especially the stunning views form the breakfast cafe. Rooms were spacious, nice showers, and of course loved the BTS gift set!

The hotel was clean and staff were very nice. The decor was very cool with Olympic themed items. The kids play area was nice and the pool was warm. We had a problem with the race car bed breaking and the hotel was very understanding and got us a new room.

Howard the host made our stay very pleasant, there is nothing that he would not do to help us. I felt sorry for our friends that paid twice as much as us to stay at the resort and miss out experience that Howard was able to gave us.

The location is excellent for skiing (10 minutes away from Phoenix, 30 minutes from Yongpyong). You really feel like you’re in the woods! The room has a small kitchenette. The property owners are very friendly.
