Fabulous stay! Very high-end and modern with luxurious amenities. Quiet location. Very comfortable bed, lovely bathroom facilities. Wonderful high-end, easy to operate espresso maker in room and we always appreciate a small fridge. Really a fantastic stay at the end of our long road trip. Could not have been any nicer! The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We even received turn-down service! How pleasant is that?!

The newer build hotel is concrete structure, so the rooms are quiet. This is hard to find in Whitehorse but something important to me. The hotel is in a good location near the river for nice walks with several restaurants nearby. I have already returned for a second stay at this hotel.

That it was across the street from the airport. That was the only good point.

I don't understand all the bad reviews. The hotel is directly located in downtown Whitehorse. The rooms are spacious and well equipped and the staff is friendly. All in all a good place to stay for a few days!

Staff on reception were helpful
Room was satisfactory but bathroom was not cleaned daily and beds were only made once on a 3 day visit
As there is a limited choice of hotels in Whitehorse I feel they are complacent

Amazing views, friendly people, and also a good place for people who love the outdoors. Fishing, hiking, camping during the spring and summer seasons. Very short days during the winters, and sometimes gets very cold.

Listen, if Booking.com will not stand up for its customers then they will not last very long. This place was horrible! Yet they are making us pay for it anyway when we could not even stay in the building! This is unacceptable!

This was a really fun trip.
This was a really fun trip. We visited for a week with three kids, ages 10, 8 and 5. Whitehorse is a tourist city. That being said, the bar and restaurant scene in the Yukon is geared towards young solo travellers and couples with lots of disposable income and no young kids. While it was a great experience, with the age of my family, if I were to do this trip over I would not have concentrated so much on hitting all the unique restaurants as every lunch and every supper ended up costing more than $120, even when we were trying to be frugal. This really added to the cost of the trip. Rather than trying to hit all the restaurants, if travelling with young kids I would recommend sticking with the familiar chain restaurants like Subway, A&W and McDonalds for lunches when out-and-about. You should be able to save a ton of money by taking most of your breakfasts and suppers at the apartment. (Go to the grocery store and buy the quick staples like frozen pizza, chicken nuggets, and things you know your kids will eat. The really great thing about the Yukon is the scenery, so I highly recommend getting out road trips to Haines Junction, Skagway, Watson Lake, Dawson, Carcross, etc. Do some hiking and walking around. Leave the restaurants and the bar scene to those who will appreciate it more.

Whitehorse is located by the Yukon River and by the mountains so at Lookout Mountain you can view the community of Riverdale. Spectacular scenery. About 10 minute ride to Miles Canyon and a suspension bridge. So beautiful. Museum has a lot of historical items and the history of the Klondike and Gold Rush!
Only downside was the Paddlewheeler wasn't operational until end of June.
The staff are very helpful, especially the young lad who works nights. Very helpful in many ways, and helps out when he's needed mostly. He is definitely a key asset to the hotel team among many of the other staff.
Bed I slept in was very comfortable on my back. Room was a good size. Also would say the woman who works front desk during the day and the fellow with the baseball cap were also helpful.
It was clean and comfortable, giving me the feeling of being right at home! I've stayed at various condominiums before, but this was the first time I encountered a place that was so immaculate and well-maintained. The interior was modern and had a soothing, toned-down atmosphere, allowing me to truly relax. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Whitehorse.
I was happy to snag a place in Whitehorse for the night. I know that, during the summer, the hotels stayed booked; Whitehorse was one of the tougher places to book for us on our long, 13-day trip across the states and through Canada. The room we booked also accommodated our family well. The place was clean and we slept well.
Our room was great and was located on the top floor with a view. The room was more updated than most of the rooms I've previously stayed in at this hotel. Plenty of space! And love the fridge/coffee/snacks. I frequently stay at the Elite when I'm passing through Whitehorse. The staff at the front desk are fabulous.
The place was a nice private room, bath with TV, internet, yet you had opportunity to utilize a full kitchen, living area which would be shared with other guests. There was a washer,/ dryer ensuite for 2 loonies each... laundry detergent included. Location was convenient but everything in Whitehorse is close.
This is an extremely clean and quiet place like your home. Full-size kitchen and free washer and dryer. Fastest internet and two living rooms upstairs and downstairs. Cheaper than downtown motels but way better quality. I highly recommend this place. I like to stay again here.
This hotel is located downtown and was right beside the conference that I was attending. Staff were helpful and always present at the front desk. I was able to check in at 11:30 PM and check out at 6 AM with no problems. Staff were fairly knowledgeable about the city.
The location was quite good in that it was easy walking to wheverer you needed to go downtown, but not so good because of the rowdy revellers who enjoy the pub next door, who were sometimes noisy when leaving. The adjacent restaurant was very good. Tiramisu to die for.
Loved the home - beautiful living room, loved the dining nook. lots of space, very homey.
I loved being able to see the River and being across the river from downtown. Comfortable sofas and lovely gas fireplace
We opted for the larger king bed room which was pleasant to stay in and had ample space to relax. The Hotel is in a great location to quickly get downtown or back on the road. We enjoyed our stay.
This location is near the junction of the Klondike and ALCAN highways on the north side of Whitehorse. The room we had was spacious, very comfortable, and had a great bed.
It's walking distance from the airport (not downtown) and clean. The king bed was comfortable and the shower is large. If you watch TV, there are lots of channels.
