The breakfast provided had everything we wanted. Husband wasn't too keen on the turkey sausages, but after trying them said they were great. Found oatmeal a little runnier than I have it, but it was a nice option to have it than cooking it myself in my room.

It is a nice town with friendly people and lots of choices...
It is a nice town with friendly people and lots of choices where to eat like Boston Pizza which is our favorite family friendly restaurant. My daughter love and enjoyed the Rotary park river slide as well as the spray park and play park. A great place for picnic, relaxation and spending time with family and friends. We did visit the Hard Luck Canyon which is a short and easy hike, a beautiful hidden nature gem.EvelynCanada - 10Scored 10

It was the perfect stop over on our way to Edmonton for medical purposes from Grande Prairie. It was getting dark and starting to snow by the time we got to Whitecourt. We stayed there on our return trip home after medical treatments. I will recommend the facilities to all friends and family

We spent only three days in Whitecourt but we fell in love...
We spent only three days in Whitecourt but we fell in love with the area. We were looking for a retirement property within Alberta and before we left we put in an offer on a place. We found the town clean and the people super friendly and helpful. We can’t wait to move to the area next month. We’ve heard the fishing here is amazing and we are looking forward to exploring the area.KimCanada - 10Scored 10

The kids and I love the rotary park and stop there every time we come through whitecourt. If the weather was nicer we deffinetly would've utilized the lazy river. Some of the restaraunts had wierd hours, we tried to get into a couple of the buffets and they were either closed (at 2pm) or out of lunch and not serving anymore fresh food until supper time.

Went to Rotary Park. Great spray park and playground. The best was the tubing. Bring your own floaters, better if its bigger. Been there twice already! Stayed in the Cloud 9 inn. It is a newly renovated inn. Looks old infront but when get in the room, it was really nice. Very affordable stay yet the breakfast was superb! We only stayed for 2days and 1 night.

The bathroom was super nice and upgraded as well, and I loved that the bathroom mirror had a light around the edges, like a big makeup mirror. The staff were awesome and friendly.
