The breafast was delicious. The flour for the tasty homemade bread was milled on site. The location was an easy walk to the downtown and restaurants. Ross and Ginette were excellent hosts.

Well taken care of and a wonderful staff member who made it feel like home. She is so sweet. So clean there. And most of all cheap. Nothing is cheap anymore. My husband and I will be coming back for some more adventures and hikes and stay there many more times

I have driven past the Midland area many times in my life but this was my first time visiting and it was well worth the stay. There was lots of lovely scenic areas to walk, and the food was fantastic. Being vegan my favourite restaurant was MegaMindful Living and the downtown had many interesting mom and pop stores. Next time I hope I can stay longer. I think it will be a beautiful place to return to in the fall when the leaves start to change colour.

Midland is a great and fun place to visit.
Midland is a great and fun place to visit. As part of our BFF Getaway in June 2023, we visited the Saint Anne Catholic Church, Discovery Harbour, King's Wharf Theatre, Wendat Park, Sainte Marie Among the Hurons, Martyr's Shrine, Midland Downtown Murals and Harbour, Little Lake Park, and the Victoria Harbour. Exploring Midland is highly recommended for history, culture and tradition.

The purpose of our trip was to attend a funeral so we were not able to take in some of the wonderful attractions in the area. Our hotel the Midland Inn was a pleasant surprise. It was close to the hwy. and to downtown. Good value for the money.

The hotel & room was wonderful - bright, comfortable & clean. The staff were friendly & helpful & even were kind enough to allow us to check in earlier than normal - we arrived early & wanted to get some info about the area & thought we would just ask if we could check in if the room was ready - which it was - very accommodating & did not expect it,
Only negative about the hotel was the location directions - even on google maps & waze we had trouble finding it.
The location is quiet and we felt safe. The hotel offered a "real" hot breakfast. We liked the sausages and pancakes, they're delicious. We find that an available coffee/tea in the lobby is something little extra treatment for the hotel guests. The coffee tastes good too. Overall, Hampton Inn is clean, comfortable and pleasant place to say.
It’s always nice staying at the Hampton Inn hotels because you know in advance that everything will work fine and there will be no disappointment. The Midland one is not the exception of the rule. On the contrary. Comfortable, clean and with a friendly, helpful staff, it’s the right place to stay when traveling in the area.
Ross and Ginette (and cat Yoko) were gracious hosts who served us a delicious breakfast. The house is beautifully maintained and centrally located, so it's ideal for walking around Midland. We arrived by bicycle, and they had a secure storage space for our bikes, which was much appreciated. Highly recommended!
The room was clean but the hotel tried to rip me off by double charging me the room after I paid through booking com. I had to pay for the room at the motel after I already paid booking.com Would never stay there again And I will not recommend anybody else to
Ross and Ginet are such gracious hosts. They made us feel welcome in their beautiful home. They prepared such tasty breakfasts for us. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. We would gladly make a return visit the next time we’re in Midland.
Location is close to Awenda Provincial Park and great beaches to explore, the self-serve breakfast was good (sausages, bacon, scrambled eggs, bagels, waffles, etc), hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Overall it was a comfortable safe stay.
The breakfast was nice. Lots of variety. The pool was warmer the first day but the next day was a bit cooler. The hot tub was just the right temperature. The hall and rooms were dated but decent! The hotel reminded me of the 1970s!
The suite was spacious and I liked that the fridge was hidden inside a cabinet. Breakfast was good, I just was hoping for bacon instead of sausages that’s all. The staff were lovely,’ and I appreciated the design of the hotel.
The hotel is new so everything was in excellent condition. I also love the location. My daughters loved the pool. I think all hotels should add a “games room” to their list of amenities, it would be a great investment
This is a very good location in Midland. The backyard area is nice to sit in the sunshine and relax. The room was spacious and comfortable. There is ample parking. The owner and other guests were very friendly.
Basic hotel with good amenities. Pool/hot tub/sauna. Rooms are dated but bed was very comfortable and has everything you need for a short stay. Hot breakfast is a nice touch, very great hotel for the price.
Nothing. I had Covid19 and I tried to cancel the reservation and nobody responded my request. They purchased me all nights when I chose payment on the hotel option. To much irresponsible and rude.
I liked how the hotel supplied enough toilet paper for my entire stay. The room was easy to locate and loved that there were added locks on the room for extra protection.
The breakfast exceeds what most hotels of this rating supply. Eggs, potatoes, beans, sausages, waffles, 3 cereals and 3 breads. Plus muffins and yogurts.
