Beautiful city offering quick access to Old Quebec city via Ferry which was very affordable and excellent way to visit the city daily. It is very hilly, as is old quebec, therefore people with mobility issues will have difficulties. Comfortable walking shoes are a must. Thete is also a lot of one way streets therefore a GPS is highly recommended. There are many sights to see and many restaurants all of walking distance. Overall very great way to visit quebec.

Just after you confirmed my room the motel called me to tell me you made a mistake. I was supposed to have a room in the renovated half of the motel, but they were putting me in the old part.
The room was extremely small & the bathroom and the carpeted floor were disgusting. If you can't be sure to book a renovated room I wouldn't recommend staying at this motel

Cleanliness 4/10, pool 3/10, Hot tub 1/10, towels in pool area 1/10, bet comfort 1/10. Given they were fully booked, the hotel was very overpriced, the hot tub was dangerous only one jet was working, and the electrics of the hot tub exposed to children in a wet pool area.... not safe!

Levis provides a perfect location to not only visit Quebec City but to explore this side of the river. Need to be aware that a great deal of walking hills is required. Some good restaurants but they don't open until 9am and they close at 5 or 6. Many are closed both Monday and Tuesday.

Levis was lovely and has some interesting history if its own...
Levis was lovely and has some interesting history if its own, as well as some nice restaurants, a lovely park on the waterfront and access to a wonderful bike path along the river. The ferry to Quebec's Old City was frequent and fun (although the walk to the ferry from the hotel is quite steep!) So glad we stayed in Levis and not Quebec City proper. Very quiet and lovely neigborhood.
We booked this hotel as a quick stop on our drive from Toronto to New Brunswick and we were very pleasantly surprised! The hotel was clean and quiet, the outdoor spa looked great and the rooms were clean and modern with USB plugs everywhere! To top it off, we were surprised that they had FREE EV charging which was very helpful for our PHEV vehicle. Definitely recommend this hotel!
The Comfort Inn at Levis was ideal for our stop overnight en route to NB and Nova Scotia. Many thanks to Samuel in Reception who was friendly and helpful. His Restaurant reco opposite was ideal too. Our room and ensuite were very clean, with a comfy bed/pillows. Great breakfast in a friendly atmosphere. Thank you.
The location of the hotel was great. Highway was just a couple of mins away. There were Tim Horton and their own restaurant just beside the hotel. The facility including the rooms and washroom were pretty clean. The staff were pretty friendly as well. We will try to book this chain next time for our vacation.
Warm welcome. Spacious rooms with simple decor, but very clean.
Hotel was quiet. Beautiful pool area. Wonderful breakfast included in rate. Easy to find and good choice of restaurants within 5 min. driving distance. About 25 min drive to Quebec City.
We loved that there was a hot tub as well as a pool and sauna. The hotel was older but well maintained. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Breakfast had many choices (hot eggs, sausage, potatoes) as well as waffles and more.
Staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. Location is very good when most of our time is spent visiting the attractions in Levis.
Breakfast is as expected but they have waffle machine that we enjoyed making the waffles ourselves
We were very comfortable. Very nice hotel, friendly staff. Very clean. Plenty of choices for breakfast.
We came to this hotel several times and we enjoyed it every single time. We will go back for sure.
Location was great! Breakfast was very nice. We had actually stayed in The Lord Nelson Hotel in Halifax for 2 nights, but rated your hotel better in many ways!
We were unhappy to discover no services, I.e., restaurant at this hotel. Room was very bland. I asked for a kettle to be put in the room and did not receive it.
Although breakfast is in the listing, it is not offered. Many things in the listing are not offered once at the hotel so make sure to mention it at check in.
