The guesthouse seems to be family owned and aimed mainly at families. It has 4 rooms and only one bathroom but it still works well. You have a full kitchen that can be used by everyone and there's food (even pizza), snacks, etc. that can be eaten (for a very acceptable price).
Paying when booking and (in my case) receiving the information about the location of the key works fine. The host is able to speak/ write in English.
