Charming city with parks, nice buildings, free concerts, festivals..... There is a city bus 3 times in each hour. In tourist office you can buy ticket for one week (very cheap!). Its easy to go from Prague by train. There is only one big supermarket and it's far from the center.

Marianske Lazne is a beautiful spa resort. Famous but still relatively quiet. I have visited the town in the summer season as well as in winter. Summer is gorgeous there. Kolonada is a must see. Our favorite spa town/city in Czechia and Slovakia. The architecture is very nice and mostly historical. There is trolleybus public transport (and buses too) and a lot of free springs to drink. It is surrounded by forests and while the city is not too much hilly, there are hills around for hiking and a lot of interesting spots to visit on foot or by bus or train or car.
