A gorgeous town in the mountains. Having stayed previously in different towns in Krkonose like Smrzovka, and Spindleruv Mlyn I can definitely say I prefer Harrachov. It's a great size, with nice restaurants and hotels, but remote enough for you to feel you are escaping the hustle and bustle of the cities and towns. The nature around is beautiful, and the waterfalls, mountains and forests that engulf the town are perfect for leisurely walks and exploration.SamCzech Republic - 10Scored 10

It is low quality, expensive for czech and must be hell when it is high season or good weather as it is small for the volume of peole from cz, poland and germany visiting...I loved the waterfalls and nature and that is why I would go to the area never to stay in harrochov

I love Harrachov in both winter and summer and travel here...
I love Harrachov in both winter and summer and travel here regularly. The town is lovely, not overcrowded, offers good skiing opportunities as for this part of Europe (we ski in Rokytnice, but it's only 10mins drive) and great hiking hills. There is a fair number of restaurants there - if you're not vegetarian :) Being vegetarian myslelf, it's not always easy to find something reasonable and I usually rely on one of 2 places that I know. Pirces are reasonable and people are friendly.

Beautiful village, usually for skying season but just as wonderful on a summers day, the mountains near by are stunning and Mumlava Waterfalls only 3 I’m away, really peaceful. Plenty on restaurants and places to stay.

We visited Harrachov with infant and two more kids during 4 day Easter holidays. We enjoyed hiking on the trails accessible by baby carriage - Mumlava falls, Rucicky, city educational trails. Older kids liked the excursion in the glass-works factory and museum. We were eating out, prices for food in Harrachov are generally above Czech average. Best value for money restaturant we found was Pod jasanem, best food was U studny.

The same was bathroom, nice spacious and clean. I appreciated the bed mattress, pretty good and high, we had a good sleep thanks to the mattress! Next time I’d come again to this pension. Location very practical, centre of Harrachov street, easy to get to even by public transport! Private spa available, maybe a little expensive for the one hour. But we enjoyed the Jacuzzi and sauna. Friendly staff.

Tha wellness was as great as everything in there. The surrounding was wonderfull, you can plan there many trips with your family or just with your partner. After the trip it’s nice to go to the hottub or the sauna. Thai massages were super relaxing. Hotel is pet friendly. I can’t anything than recommend this hotel and we’re, surely, comming back. Thanks for very nice way of spending vacation.
