Location is great, city center is walking distance.
Offering several treatments and an indoor pool, this unique hotel looks like a pyramid. Surrounded by pine trees, it is located in the spa town of Františkovy Lázně.

Very spacious and clean rooms. The building is historic and very well maintained. It is surrounded by a great large park. The check-in experience was great. We were running late, so the hotel called us to inform us that we would miss the dinner, so they offered us to prepare cold plates that would wait for us once we arrived. They brought these to our room. That was really nice!
The hotel itself is kids friendly, although most of the guests were rather old and without kids.
Our room was really big and we felt great there during our stay.
The food in the restaurant was very delicious. Dinner was different every day. Breakfast was more or less the same, but had all the needed essentials.
The hotel's own pool was really nice, the whirlpool was great. But the best was that they gave us free entry tickets to Aquaforum which is a spacious Therme just across the street. Aquaforum was really a 10 stars experience and not overcrowded.
The hotel had reserved a parking slot for our entire stay (against an additional fee) which was very convenient.
The location is great. The resort-town is small but very very nice (and quiet) and all buildings are historic hotels. Great large parks near the hotel.
The hotel offers a great range of spa procedures.
The hotel is basic, but so is the price. It delivers what you pay for. I found the hotel good for a nights sleep and breakfast. The receptionist spoke some German to help my poor czech language skills. The restaurant was open till 8 pm serving excellent traditional bohemian dishes. Breakfast was basic but for czk 100 or Euro 4.50 it offers good value fir money, In Prague you pay that sometimes for only a fancy coffe.
Very friendly personnel. Helpful, nice, easygoing. Contact was very pleasentful and efficant. Old but very confortable bed. Slep really well and didn't have a back pain in the morning although I drove 900km. Comfy private parking on place. Old nice ambiance furniture and wooden stucture - building is old so it just gives an extra. Honestly i liked it. Great location.
Overall the place is very well located. You can get to most places easily even tho it might be a bit tricky because of train/bus changes. The city is beautiful and overall friendly people. The rooms are big enough
I liked hotel room! Very clean and comfortable. Huge bathroom with big bath.
Buffet dinner was good and also buffet breakfast. Breakfast is served from 04:00.
Big parking lot near hotel.
