The receptionist is very helpful and has excellent customer service skills. The centre of Zgierz with shops and restaurants is reachable on foot (15-20 min walk). Railway station is a 35 min walk away. Taxis can be arranged so it is not a problem. There is also a restaurant in the hotel. I recommend and would stay again.
