Witów is a really pleasant village that we are actually happy that we had a chance to visit. Everything is easily accessible by foot and this includes the ski fields. You have the usual shops, a couple of nice restaurants and a stop at the newly opened Morze Kawy Cafe is highly recommended for a great tasting coffee or tea. For anyone who enjoys walking in the outdoors, visiting Dolinie Chochołowskiej, the longest and largest valley in the Polish Tatra Mountains is a must. The full walk is a round trip of about 16km and although it has a few inclines, it is not difficult. Tired!! - catch a ride on a horse drawn sleigh. About 3.5 km from Witów is Chocholowskie Termy, the biggest thermal park in the region. It is located in Chocholów village and offers pool areas, spas, saunas and restaurants. It's a great way for everyone to relax and have fun.

Quite long village, great thermal baths. We recommend to visit Witowka restaurant. Disadvantage was that locals heat with brown coal. Car was covered with yellow dust (after 2 days) and air was unpleasant to breath.
