We had a wonderful family holiday with our three children. An ideal place for a quiet holiday. At the same time, short and interesting trips to nature or for fun are available, even to the Czech Republic. Hospitable and responsive host. Upon arrival, we found nice gifts for adults and children. Any small problems were resolved instantly. Wonderful comfortable home, adapted to accommodate a large family. There are all living conditions and opportunities for recreation in the yard. If you have a car, then any shopping or entertainment is available within 15-20 minutesАркадійUkraine - 8.0Scored 8.0
The city is perfect for a short stay and breathing some...
The city is perfect for a short stay and breathing some fresh air. It's really easy to visit a nearby Wisła as well - buses leave every hour or two. It's really difficult to find a decent dining place. Everything's overpriced and the staff is generally rude everywhere you go. There's a wonderful wildlife sanctuary (Leśny Park Niespodzianek) placed on one of the hills of Ustroń - it's definitely a place worth visiting.

Ustron is nice, but there is a lot of construction right now. The traffic was oftentimes backed up because of lane closures. It was the perfect location for our trip itinerary, but too far from popular sites and attractions.

Definitely, the hotel looks much better than the others in the location (but very soon will need a refresh, already visible some signs like absent lamp in swimming pool and restaurant). The swimming pool is big and good for swimming. Good breakfast, was good organized animation for small kids. Daily towels in the swimming pool, bath robes and slippers in the room. Good cosmetics in the bath rooms.

Great selection at breakfast. Parking is comfortable. please note that the hotel has 3 stars and 4 stars rooms depending on your budget. The 4 star room was comfortable. The kids area is situated very nicely next to the pool so it's possible to kind of have an eye on your kid while relaxing by the pool and not hearing the kids noise as yoi are seperated by a glass wall. The location of the hotel was great and I liked a diversity and quality of the choice at breakfast.
