Very nice town, good for shopping, nice places to be there and to relax, Wigry nationalpark is quiet near and it is necessary to go there. It is possible to use public transport to go there and away, nice place for familys with children in every age.

Be sure not to visit during a national holiday when many shops, the archives, and museum are closed. We did not realize that the first week of May combines May Day (May 1) and Constitution Day (May 3) both national holidays.

In the case of hostel Texas, both conditions are fulfilled perfectly. Parking next to the house is free, to the field where you can let the dogs go - 2 minutes on foot. For those who, like us, are passing through Suwalki, it is an ideal option to stay for one night. The hosts are wonderful, the beds are comfortable - what more could you ask for?
