Very good location, the Old Town is just around the corner. Rooms are big, fully carpeted, very clean. The hotel has a small spa with two saunas and a jacuzzi (jacuzzi was broken, unfortunately) for free, only you need to ask about it. Breakfast was very good, at least for us, one of the better ones.

Location is good - right nearby Old City Gate (it has some disadvantages, like noise, but it's still worth pointing out, that it is literally on the border of the beautiful Old City).
No problems with staff.
Tap water is good (just like in most of Olsztyn).
Hotel HP Park is located in the southern part of Olsztyn, in the tranquil surroundings of a large garden, close to the University of Warmia and Mazury and 2.5 mi from the city center.

We stayed in Olztyn for one night only as a stop-over during a long car trip. We enjoyed the town as it was very cozy, the locals were friendly and the restaurant we ate at was very nice. I would visit Olztyn for 2-3 days again.

Nice, small Polish city.
Nice, small Polish city. Some interesting buildings - easy to walk around and get where I needed to go. People I spoke to were ok though you need to try some Polish (same throughout the country which is fine). Poland is what you expect.

Olsztyn is an historic town whose history, like so much of Eastern Europe, is complicated. We thoroughly enjoyed exploring and learning - and relaxing of course ( in summer there is a town beach to use). Public transport is cheap and easy (make sure you have the jakdojade app on your phone - big help). We ate in different restaurants from Polish (with a fish specialty because of the region) to Greek and Indian - they were all excellent.
Now we have "done" the town we would look to explore the surrounding area.

Olsztyn's a very nice city - not too big, not soo small, with all the amenities one needs. Everything is in fairly short walking distance if you stay in the Old Town or elsewhere in the center. Attractive Old Town full of restaurants and cafes. Lots of nice, interesting buildings outside the Old Town too - the city is an architectural feast. Beautiful park along the Lyna river next to the Castle. Długie lake is also very nice - there's a path going around it. Also check out the interesting shows at the Planetarium. (Tip: if you're staying in the Old Town and come by train, use Olsztyn Zachodni station - it's a short walk.)
Good hotel in general. The room we had was spacious and bedroom with very comfortable bed. The bathroom was nice and big. There was air conditioning in all the rooms which was great as the room was extremely hot.
The breakfast was ok with not bad selection of hot and cold food.
The restaurant for dinner had really good food. We enjoyed the quality and the menu.
Sauna place is super small but on a good side it was open 24h/7 and min in gym as well.
The location is good and 12 minutes walk from the old town.
Excellent: Central location and a big space, great beds, very clean, modern in a well maintained historic building, well equipped.
Beautiful surroundings. Ceska Gospoda (Czechs Pub) is in the basement. On one side you see the Evangelical church that is right across the street, the other windows overlook the castle and the park. Very quiet, 8 min walk to Olsztyn Zachodni train station. Plenty of little cafes and shops right 1-2 min walk.
Everything was perfect- location was ideal to spend relaxing weekend, close to supermarkets and Olsztyn which offers a lot of things to do. Breakfast was delicious, brought to our chalet in charming box, cooked on site so was fresh and warm. In the property you have your own barbecue place and tons of firewood to use. Ideal place to unwind.
It gave home like feeling. Very spacious, with comfortable bedroom and a cozy lounge, small kitchen and clean bath room. Overlooking the old town/ city center of Olsztyn, it's location is so convenient. Parking space for private car is a great plus for travelers moving around in private cars/vehi
The breakfast was one of the best I've had in a hotel, the rooms were comfortable and the gym was really nice too! The location was the best, really close to a tram stop where you can take a tram every 5-10 minutes to the city centre, main railway station or the Warminska shopping centre.
Breakfast was good but not many options for vegetarians, i had to have omlette every morning. They could switch it up sometimes or over the weekend. The location is amazing, parking is convenient and the room size was nice. The prices at the hotel are also decent. Nice beach outside.
We enjoyed a lot our stay. It was above our expectations. Spa/wellness side of the hotel was great. Pool was big(there are multiple indoor with sauna + outdoor hot pool) quiet and has nice view. Massage was good too. Both breakfast and dinner buffet have variety of options.
Amazing hotel in nearly all aspects. Breakfast selection is fantastic. Fantastic location at the lake and walking distance to the beaches. Rooms are modern, spacious and kept very clean. You can rent bikes to explore the region.
The hotel is very well located just a few meters from the center, the rooms are very well maintained and the place is beautiful downstairs you can find a restaurant with several wines definitely recommended.
Place was clean and new. There was a Macdonalds across the street which made up for the lack of real coffee in the hotel. Noisy in the lobby which was close to our room. Nice park surroundings. Quiet.
It had everything I would have expected in a good hotel 10 years ago. It was clean, well looked after, the staff were friendly and efficient. The public spaces were good.
