Very good location, the Old Town is just around the corner. Rooms are big, fully carpeted, very clean. The hotel has a small spa with two saunas and a jacuzzi (jacuzzi was broken, unfortunately) for free, only you need to ask about it. Breakfast was very good, at least for us, one of the better ones.

No problems with staff.

We stayed in Olztyn for one night only as a stop-over during a long car trip. We enjoyed the town as it was very cozy, the locals were friendly and the restaurant we ate at was very nice. I would visit Olztyn for 2-3 days again.

Nice, small Polish city.
Nice, small Polish city. Some interesting buildings - easy to walk around and get where I needed to go. People I spoke to were ok though you need to try some Polish (same throughout the country which is fine). Poland is what you expect.

Olsztyn is an historic town whose history, like so much of Eastern Europe, is complicated. We thoroughly enjoyed exploring and learning - and relaxing of course ( in summer there is a town beach to use). Public transport is cheap and easy (make sure you have the jakdojade app on your phone - big help). We ate in different restaurants from Polish (with a fish specialty because of the region) to Greek and Indian - they were all excellent.
Now we have "done" the town we would look to explore the surrounding area.

Summer time on the beach. So many lakes to choose from. But Miejska beach have most to offer and its on the biggest lake. Bike routes around city's forests. "Ges i zajac" is serving great goose dishes at main street of Old Town. End of May "Kortowiada" 3-4 nights of parties at Kortowo, students part of city. Beach parties and more.
Olsztyn is for active ppl. Will say couples 20-30 y o.
During winter try "Bojery" Ice Yacht Racing if you dare on Ukiel Lake.

Olsztyn's a very nice city - not too big, not soo small, with all the amenities one needs. Everything is in fairly short walking distance if you stay in the Old Town or elsewhere in the center. Attractive Old Town full of restaurants and cafes. Lots of nice, interesting buildings outside the Old Town too - the city is an architectural feast. Beautiful park along the Lyna river next to the Castle. Długie lake is also very nice - there's a path going around it. Also check out the interesting shows at the Planetarium. (Tip: if you're staying in the Old Town and come by train, use Olsztyn Zachodni station - it's a short walk.)
Recently opened modern hotel by a global chain. Good location a block away from a bi shopping mall. Historic downtown not far but probably requires a short drive by car or by public transportation. Modern design and decor, all expected conveniences present in rooms: A/C, safe, refrigerator, huge TV with more international channels than you will ever have time to watch, windows that open for air if needed. Comfortable beds and good spread at breakfast buffet. Hotel is already full with tourists, both Polish and foreign.
The very central location was perfect to explore the city as it was walking distance from the old town part. The breakfast was amazing with a variety of choices for every taste - their fresh squeezed juices were on top! Plus a little something from Polish cuisine. Could not be better. Although it is an conference hotel we felt very welcome with our small children.
The location is very good, around 1 km walk to the closer lake and some natural beaches but also well communicated with Olsztyn center as there is a tram station at a 5 minute walk.
Well-equipped apartment, clean and comfortable. Underground parking is a plus.
Fast wifi connection and smart tv.
We just stopped for one night in Olsztyn. The place is walking distance to the stare miasto (~10 minutes). A shopping mall (AUra Centrum) is the way to the old town. The bedrooms were clean and there are parking slots inside Villa Pallas. Totally recommended for short stays.
close to the train station, local beach, playground for kids, woodlands and food shops and somewhere to eat.
The owner, fast to respond, very accommodating and helpful.
Shame we only stayed one night but would definitely return when visiting my friends in Olsztyn again.
everything was perfect :) nice staff, very clean and beautiful rooms, also we were surprised by so tasty (and free) coffe Lavazza! Quiet place, but so close to Olsztyn - just what we needed to have a rest after long and hard day.
We will definitely come here again🔥
Location is good - right nearby Old City Gate (it has some disadvantages, like noise, but it's still worth pointing out, that it is literally on the border of the beautiful Old City).
No problems with staff.
Tap water is good (just like in most of Olsztyn).
The apartment is next door to the bakery, an amazing choice for breakfast/supper. The place is super new, clean and very comfortable. I wished there was a cafe nearby but the closest was downtown Olsztyn.
Place was clean and new. There was a Macdonalds across the street which made up for the lack of real coffee in the hotel. Noisy in the lobby which was close to our room. Nice park surroundings. Quiet.
Amazing hotel, situated directly at the lake, with nice spa area, very professiona and welcomingl staff, best hotel breakfast I have had for a while, unfortunately i stayed only one day/night there.
The best part of this hotel is a swimming pool with a jacuzzi and sauna, which are usually included in the price. One more nice thing is a terrace of the restaurant in a beautiful lakeside setting.
I often stayed in Hampton by Hilton hotels during my trip in Poland, I think they are the best option in Poland. The room, the service, the location, parking, everything was well taken care of.
Nice, interesting established and well maintained appartment in the heart of Olsztyn. You can hear silent organ music from cathedral through open window :)
Beautiful room!
Kitchen, sitting area, bathroom, closet, tv, big windows and a large bed. In the middle of Olsztyn, one minute walk to the local market.
