Our stay at the hotel was such a wonderful time, that we really didn't want to leave it to go sightseeing. Whenever we got back to the hotel, we felt comfortable and safe, due to the general vibe of the hotel and the extremely nice and helpful staff. If you happen to have a problem with your room, the staff is always happy to help, and that made us really feel welcome there. I highly recommend the hotel, since it's cheap, really quiet and in a wonderful location.

Very nice, rustic hotel in the suburbs of Katowice. The interior decoration is very nice.
It is very easy to reach the place by train, a train station is just outside the hotel
The breakfast is very good
Our room was spacious and comfortable.
Free parking is offered and it is very convenient as parking is rather problematic in Katowice
If you want shopping, there is a nearby mall within walking distance.
If you want a bigger one, not very far is the Auchan shopping center where you can find almost anything you need.

Excellent location! Best hotel I have stayed at in Poland. Staff is wonderful and the bartender makes a fantastic mojito. Breakfast is beyond great, everything is fresh and clean. Rooms are very spacious and the bed is one of the best I have ever slept in. I wish all hotels are like the Mercure.
