Great location, away from the center, but close to the trails, and neighboring with a huge hotel with many entertainment
facilities for after hikes.
Excellent staff: very kind, caring, cheerful, offering any information about the region. Despite the busyness, everyone found a few moments for an enriching conversation,
Very comfortable and very clean room, spacious enough, with a good size bathroom. Mattresses assured a great comfort and rest after the long days in the mountains.
We also appreciated, with delight, breakfasts - abundant, tasting freshness, full of homemade little dishes.

When we arrived at the hotel in the dark on Friday evening,...
When we arrived at the hotel in the dark on Friday evening, November 3. we immediately had to pay the full amount of Euro 240,- without being able to see the room. Upon entering, it was a shock - the air in room 406 was very musty, we had to open the window, the curtains were dirty in many places from killed flies and mosquitoes, the wallpaper on the walls was scratched, the bedside tables were rickety, the bed was very small (we had ordered an extra big size bed). Instead, the two 85 cm wide single beds in the room were quite cracked. The hotel is generally in a shabby and neglected condition, everything is very worn, scratched, rickety, very old room equipment, the wardrobes in the room are cracked, the hotel has no elevator, dirty, old room cards, the reluctance of the receptionists.
The room did not match any of the photos on the website or booking.com. The hotel does not have the specified number of stars - the level corresponds to a maximum of 3*, in which case the price is overpriced. Sample tourist trap.
We complained on the spot (in English) that this place/room did not match the photos on booking com and we wanted a refund. The reception refused, saying that they would give us back a maximum of EUR 60. Outrageous. When we listed the obvious shortcomings and wanted them to look at the slaughterhouse with us, they were arrogant and offered to return half the amount, i.e. EUR 120. We didn't want to deal with them anymore and immediately left this place.

Beautiful town, beautiful buildings, parks, many restaurants, shops, plenty of attractions for adults and children. Definitely go to Wang Church which is breathtaking both outside and inside. As for nature I recommend Krucze Skaly, Sniezka and mountain lake Maly staw. These were absolute top for me.

There are some amazing trips in the area around - Sniezska Mountain, Karkonosze National Park, old mines. However, the town itself is crowded with tourists, full kitsch souvenirs, neon banners, slot machines etc. Parking places near the attractions are scarce - there are big parking lots near the valley station of the cable car, but they are not enough and they are overpriced - municipal parking costs 25 Zl per day but the "private" ones - open areas with a person collecting the fee but not doing anything useful - are 30 Zl or more. They even charge you for entering the national park - if you use the main entry paths, the smaller ones have no ticket desk.

Really nice if you want to hike up the mountain and take some beautiful pictures. The are different options to get to the top, so you don't have to hike if you don't wanna or can't. Views are amazing and Karpacz itself is also a nice mountain town with good restaurants, shops that work on Sunday and other pleasing stuff.

We stayed for too short time and the weather was not nice, so we couldn't really see many places. We just took a ride around and went for lunch in Hotel Astoria, where we were happy with food and service as well.
It's not a place with wide roads and can have a lot of tourists. Sometimes hard to get any parking. That's because it's really pretty place and lot's of people is coming there.
Our stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. The location offered a peaceful ambiance, with a nearby trail leading to Sniezka. The room itself was very clean and spacious. The breakfast provided was nothing short of delicious and a wide variety of options. What truly stood out was the brilliant service provided by the hotel staff, In particular, Mr. Krzyszof Stanisz who was stationed at the pool area, proved to be incredibly helpful and attentive.
Without a doubt, this was the best family hotel we have ever visited in Europe.
Absolutely amazing gem of an accommodation in the heart of Karpacz. Walking distance to two main ski lifts and many hiking/walking trails to Sniezka. Facilities more than plenty, well equipped kitchenette and spacious balcony with a view. Easy instructions upon arrival and lovely & friendly support from Monika (host) who was just a call/text away if any questions. Beautiful cosy decor in the apartment was just a cherry on top and made our already enjoyable stay even more pleasant.
The room/kitchen was perfectly equipped with everything you could need. The place was freshly renovated, the ambiance extremely pleasant and soothing, especially with the little private outdoor space. Super comfortable bed, the peace & quiet, the jacuzzi available for guests (however we had to go around the house to get to it, as our room had private entrance at the back of the house)
Very nice clean spacious and modern apartment. I liked exeptionaly big balcony with great calming view of nearby mountains and valleys. It is away from the busy center of Karpacz (still walking distance) but there are some restaurants small shops and it is close to Karkonoski Park, Wang Church, mountain trails, cable car and other attractions. Really loved it.
Spacious, modern apartment with comfortable beds and good living room/kitchen, in a quiet location right next to the forest and mountain hiking paths, with on site parking. It suited our needs very well. The owner was communicative and provided all the information we needed.
One of the best hostels I’ve ever stayed.
The environment is green and serene.
Very clean, spacious and equipped kitchen.
Staff was friendly and helpful. Only my bed in the single room was quite small but overall experience is excelent.
It's a high scale hotel located in a resort town. The staff was ok, they didn't speak English so well, the spa was nice and clean. the breakfast was good, and the location was ok-not in the middle of town but within a 10 min walk.

I loved the room and a view from balcony. It was probably the quietest area of Karpacz and we loved it. The breakfast was awesome and we could eat it on a terrace with stunning view. This place has its own parking on-site.
The hotel is really nice, our room was bigger than I had thought, it was clean, spacious, smelled really nice. The wellness area is really good. Amazing breakfast, with plenty of choice, also for vegetarians.
Amazing staff - especially Aleksandra (Ola) who was happy to help and kept smile all time! Just amazing girl! Hotel has Very good location great breakfast and good food for lunch
