Our first time to this area and we were really taken by everything about it - the scenery is immense, the people so friendly, the food and drink very good and excellent value for money. We did 7 different experiences in our 7 days - lakes, mountain hikes, bikes, visit to Krakow (and Oscar Schindler factory), aquapark, stunning caves just over the border in Slovakia…really would recommend this areaStephenUnited Kingdom - 10Scored 10

Bukowina is an unusually crowded Polish village near the Tatra mountains. It has great views of Slovak High Tatras, and if you like to wander, ride or drive around - you'll find some marvellous viewpoints. It's definitely not a good place if you want a peaceful stay within hotel premises. Not great for gourmet food lovers either. But if you fancy some highlander style cheese, high cholesterol, meaty diet - you might be in heaven.

Overall great location, however a bit far to main hiking trails. We were travelling 20km each day to get to Kiry and so begin our journey for the day. Apart from that no issues whatsoever. You have 2 restaurants and 2 shops just down the road, one opened till 11pm, as far as I can remember. There's also one restaurant literally 50m from the place that offers discount to the guests. We only stayed overnight after a hike through the High Tatras, the location was chosen to be next to the Thermal Pools of Termy Bokowina. It was a great addition to the trip and an absolute mustfor relaxation purposes, recommended to all hikers.JuliusLithuania

Breakfast were very delicious and prepared as for dear guests (every day we have some special meal and homemade desserts). There are small kitchen at each floor with free tea, coffee and place where heat some meal. Room was very clean.You can feel as you are not at casual hotel but at home as every element was decorated. Location also very good. It is situated near the Termy. Thank you!
