Night shift employee was the biggest asset of this hotel. Very accommodating and smiled person. Other thing that I liked was breakfast and location - near Pigal squere, right in the center.

- Who likes family hotel, close connection to main ring and main road of Bielsko-Beila, it is clear choice. You can talk with the owner personally, wery good man, the same for his lady/wife.. really good people, I like the way they do a business, nothing is a problem(inclusive my late late arrivals). Other staff also fully professional.
- Nice rooms, separate entry, parking free, wify each time works at acceptable speed, good price compare to comfort given.
- Good break-feast compare to only 2 star hotel, simple but exelent cakes.
- Cat in room if you know how to manage :) (the animal, cat, owner one.. she is extreme intelligent), normally she only goes to reception and outside, reception and outside...
- Can play billiard for free.
- Clean, sanitary at good level.
- Nothing did make me angry here, and I am frequently here as visitor.

A beuatiful city at the foot of the Beskids offering various choices of activities for visitors. Bielsko is the home town of the world famous "maluch" and of the Polish cartoon production. Visitors can meet many of them strolling on the streets of Bielsko, as the most famous ones (like Lolek i Bolek) have their own statue.

Bielsko-Biala is a wonderful twin city.
Bielsko-Biala is a wonderful twin city. During our stay in August 2022, one of the main squares was under reconstruction, so hopefully soon that one will look even more beautiful. There are couple of great places to eat, we loved especially the brewery. City is full of flowers. Since it is famous for it's cartoons, you'll find plenty of small statues of cartoon heroes all over the city.

Some interesting places to see and the more you look the more you can find. We went up on the gondola to the top of the mountain and there was still some snow in certain places. Great outlook with polish sausages being cooked once we got up to the top. The smell was amazing. Had to pay to go up to the top lookout to see over the trees for a magnificent view of the area. Up the road is the old Presidential Palace near Wisla from to old Hapsburg days. Stopped at a small mountain village on the way up. Amazing buildings and wood carvings. In Bielsko Biala the buildings could match what we saw in Krakow. The old castle in the old town is a must see.

Bielsko has a great old town Austrian heritage and then a newer developed shopping district with buildings that could be anywhere else in the western world. Shopping malls etc. I took the ski cabin lift to the top of one of the surrounding 1000 meters high mountains. Many take the lift one way and walk down on trails. The route to Krakow is easy and new highways. Some ttractions nearby, Auschwitz - Birkenau and Salt mines to name a few. Spring is possibly the best time to be in this region.

Interesting city from historical and architectural point of view. Lots of restaurants and bars at good quality and good prices. The surrounding hills are the real attraction with a visit on the cable car advised regardless of the season.
Location, Location, Location!!!! Easy walking distance to most attractions that Bielsko-Biala has to offer. Wide array of restaurants and eateries, less than 10min walk to Sfera Mall. The apartment itself was very pleasantly renovated and decorated. This apartment met if not exceeded our expectations and our host was super quick to answer any of our questions. Parking off-site and next to either the castle (paid during the week but free on weekends) or next to the court house (free all week long) was easy to walk to and felt safe/secure.
A very spacious apartment, on a 10 minute walking distance from Bielsko-Biala's main square and main attractions. Located on a normally quiet street with easy parking in front of the building. A good, functional kitchen, modern bathroom, comfy beds and good living room section, this apartment could be a perfect place to live for both short and much longer stays. Definitely a first choice for a next visit to Bielsko. Easy and fast contact with the host.
The location was just outside the main shopping area of Bielsko Biala. However, there are busses close and it only took 20min to walk to where ever we wanted to go. The old town was the same found a different route from the google maps and it was quite a pleasant walk into town. No rain which was great. Would highly recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to visit Bielso Biala.
Felt like home. Kind owners, explained everything. Big apartment, stunning views to Bielsko Biala valley. Super comfy beds. Kitchen with everything you need. Some board games, Smart TV. Basketball stand in the yard, big plus for my son. Would like to come back in summer. Close to Szczyrk ski resort. Supermarket next door, but a bit pricey, for Poland standarts.
Fabulous apartment in a great location. Very stylish, lovely decor and lighting etc...
Really good shower, the kitchen had everything, loved the dining table and chairs and the sofa/chaise lounge.
I really liked Bielsko Biala too.
I loved everything about it except...
Bielsko-Biała was a big positive surprise for us. The studio was perfect and directly off the vibrant main square with lots of restaurants. We didn't expect the town and area to be so lively. the room was comfortable. Check in easy. Staff friendly.
Lots of space, to chill out, quiet, and with the bonus of a cafe / bar. Convenient parking outside the hotel. The attached restaurant served great evening meals of a high quality and they were very accommodating and friendly
The location was great (I didn't check the location so at first I didn't know that the hotel is in the centre). Everything I needed in the hotel, I had it. Staff was very kind and helpful. Loved the time I spent there.
The location of the hotel is perfect for bike riders. Also there was really a wide selection of the food at breakfast. We were definitely not disappointed by choosing this hotel for the second time.
The flat was clean, warm (winter), quiet (besides one shop alarm below, for 2 minutes) and bang on in the middle of the city centre. It's got all you need for a stay in Bielsko-Biała.
The best location in the city: exit from the hotel directly to the centre (rynek), there are many attractions around, a gorgeous view from the room windows.
