Very convenient for the ski slopes. The staff are amazing and the lovely receptionist went above and beyond to help us on departure when there was a mix up with our transfer. She asked a family member to drive us to Krakow and we made our flight with two minutes to spare. So grateful - wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel.

The town is an excellent destination for those looking for well-equipped skiing on easy slopes, lazing in pools, saunas, walking on undulating slopes and not too high hills. Recommended restaurant: Litworowy Staw.

A fantastic slope for beginners.
A fantastic slope for beginners. Intermediate skiers can also find something to keep them entertained. A perfect place to go with kids, big and small, with lots of slopes to choose from. However, it can get quite crowded during the school holidays and at weekends.

Białka Tatrzańska as a ski resort is unique as it has not become yet a mass tourists spot that would damage its natural beauty. And that is what I value most about this place. The ski area is perfect to every detail. I loved STOK school and instructors, and Waluś Ski Rental. Rezydencja Diamond exceeded my expectations and for sure we will come back. There weren't long queues on ski stations, Karcma Bania was the best to relax apres-ski and the whole area was just beautiful. My kids loved skiing routes and we all want to come back.

Very small place with one street.
Very small place with one street. Good for skiing and hot spring baths, but nothing else. Beautifull surroundings like Niedzica. Białka is very close to Zakopane - winter capital of Poland. We found nice place to eat called Litworowy Staw.

Perfect location.
Perfect location. A tiny bit problematic if you don't speak Polish - the staff tries speaking English, which counts a lot! In the end, you can communicate :). The pool and sauna are excellent. If you want to mix pool and skiing, it's a perfect place for you.AnnaPoland - 8.0Scored 8.0

The best kids hotel we been to in poland we overall loved it and for 4 star hotel it was really good, needs to be improved is wifi was super slow no parking next to the hotel and they over sold the day pass for the thermal pools which made it hard to enjoy it in some of the days (when you order an hotel with this you expect as a guess of the hotel to not be over crowded i understand the need to sell outside day passes for other people just maybe limit it so it was effect the guest of your own hotel)

Thw beds are confortable if you like to be soft bed. The couch in the living room is harder but comfortable. The location is very quiet. Very close to the slopes 4-5 minutes with car. The food at the restaurant is very good. The breakfast is full with a lot of sortiments. In the lobby is very nice they have lots of drinks and very good deserts. The spa is very clean and confortable and modern

We rested in the summer, unfortunately, breakfast was not served at the hotel. But there are enough places to eat in cafes and restaurants in the area. Within walking distance there are thermal baths, lift, rent of bicycle, buggies, monsterrollers, etc. Entertainment for every taste :). Very beautiful area! The hotel was nice and had an elevator, which was convenient for carrying my luggage and ski equipment. The location was close to the ski lift, so I could easily access the slopes and enjoy the snow. The breakfast was good and had a variety of options to choose from. I also liked the jacuzzi and sauna, which were a nice addition to relax after a long day of skiing.AdrianPoland

The kaniowka ski lift is small, has 2 or 3 lifts, and one of them is very kids friendly.
