Omg! Kamchatka is a best kept secret! Its a gorgeous place where you can surf empty perfect waves, climb stunning volcanos, see a lot of wild life and nature. Do heli snowboard and ski. See whales and orcas in the wild enjoying their life. Its so much to see! just go!

The city isn’t modern. Everything is like 10 years behind. But there is so much to do around: visiting vulcanoes, hot springs, sea trip. The city and around is quite clean, maybe due to not so many tourists... at 2 spots we were the only visitors. But it was great!

A typical Soviet town with the typical mixture of rundown apartment houses, new shopping complexes, old wooden houses and wide streets. The public transport in the city is fantastic and makes going from A to B easy. No flashy tourist spots....live like the locals do; visit the daily market, sit in a park and enjoy your ice cream, walk up one of the many hills and be fascinated by the stunning views.gerda mariaNorway - 10Scored 10
It's a quaint city.
It's a quaint city. For how remote it is you get all the commodities of a modern city plus volcanoes and bears and some of the most amazing natural landscapes in the world. The people are very friendly and even though not everyone speaks English communicating is very easy with them as they are open, chatty and always up for helping a traveler. Learn to say thank you and smile and you're sorted.

Flat is located in convinient location, not far from one of the main square, waterfront and from the park, store, banks and food joints are in 3 mins walk. Definitely recommend.MichalPoland
