I liked that it didn’t have too many rooms, therefore it wasn’t crowded or noisy. I like the location a lot. The purpose of my stay was hiking in the area, therefore the location was perfect. The staff was very friendly, and I even got to check in early. The bed was very comfortable, and I really liked the fact that the tv had chrome cast (even though it didn’t work all the time). It’s a very nice and clean property. Great warm shower with nice pressure.

A lovely city to be in, plenty of places to visit in the city; lots of cafes, restaurants, bars, and shops. Lovely walks around the lakes, woods, and river. Central shopping areas is pedestrianised so no cars.

The real value is the nature and lakes area.
The real value is the nature and lakes area. Ideal for hiking, cycling and swimming. The city itself is not bad at all, with a long pedestrian area and some nice spots along the Gudena river. Restaurants are closing very early.

I enjoyed my weekend stay in Silkeborg with my dad. It was a bit short due to unexpected travel plans as my fjordswim event was suddenly cancelled but this does not misjudge a lovely day and very nice people with a friendly smile

With all these and many others small details, Lena treats You like a guest, not like a customer. We stayed in Danemark for 7 days in 6 different hotels, and this one was unique.

We took a short walk before dinner each evening. The staff were amazing - very friendly upon arrival and the breakfast staff were helpful. The breakfast was plentiful with plenty of choices. The room is bright and has nice views to the trees. The drive into town was easy and there is plenty of parking at the hotel.

It is a congress hotel, so all the area of the entrance is built for conferences. There isn't a lobby. The rooms are great, super comfortable, high-class. Nice swimming pool, but to find it you need a map. Also, big parking and easy to find and enter the hotel.
