Gladly surprised with the city. Really fun and interesting. Uzupis is the area to stay and party. Really young and alternative vibe. I bought a public transportation pass for 3 days but honestly I could have done without it. You can walk pretty much everywhere.

Vilnius is a Baltic pearl.
Vilnius is a Baltic pearl. Having visited a great number of European countries and cities, big and small, I was really surprised how Vilnius out-stands them all in many aspects. This city is so vivid and bright, young and artistic, it does not look similar to anything else. Hosting many talented and artistic people, it seems to be very functional and evolving, while still taking care of culture and tradition and integrating all aspects and requests of modern society with now damage to nature, harmony and ecology. This is like if druids from some fantasy novel would have built themselves a city and took good loving care of it.
People of Vilnius are great. Vilnius is very modern and focused on evolving its banking system and researching financial technologies, but even so - it still has strong connection to its rural areas and you can feel nature and rural vibes in people and streets, even if you see people on expensive BMW's and Helentwagens, wearing strict business dresses - you will still fill this Lithuanian spirit, loving and respectful to the nature. This central concept helps the whole city stay harmonic and very green almost effortlessly. It is surprising how much Vilnius is underrated, but on the other hand, its great that its not drowning in tourists, you will still easily find a seat in local coffee shop to take a warming cup of coffee with desert and enjoy a great view on the beautiful Vokiečių street. You should come and walk not only in the center of Vilnius, but also in more distant districts, just allocate more time for your travel and in different areas you will get reach atmospheric and existential experience. Not to mention that it is one of the cleanest cities in Europe and definitely one of the safest.

Wonderful city with lots of character and history to learn about. We registered for walking tours which helped us to get our bearings and hear stories from local people. The city has lots of great bars and cafes including a food market hall with great options.
Using the Bolt app, it was very easy and cheap to get from the airport to the city centre.

Winter season can be rainy and frosty though light decorations on the streets and city inhabitants in the evenings give charm to the city. Restaurants and pubs are full, it looks like gastronomy and drinks are very popular. It is an interesting castle visit in Trakai which you can reach by bus or train. There are multiple sightseeings including churches and museums

A very friendly, interesting and welcoming place.
A very friendly, interesting and welcoming place. The churches, museums and 'tourist' spots were well maintained and full of character. The history of Vilnius and its trials and tribulations over the centuries are well recorded and shown with pride. There are lots of coffee bars, restaurants and pubs offering very good value. Public transport is very cheap - 1Euro from the airport to the town and 3Euros on an airport express bus for the return journey. For the tourist the one area for improvement is the 'Tourist Information' town map. It needs to more detailed showing the various attractions - but other than that it was great.
Beds were comfortable, the staff was very nice. The location is good, just 10 minutes walking from the city centre/old town. If you are by car, this is a perfect location for you. I also seen bus going to the airport, but I really can't say anything about the public transport.
The rooms were big enough. Wifi was good; good signal, no problem with quality. Breakfast was good; there was cheese, scrambled eggs with warm sausages, fruits, and some other kind of warm meal (always different).
Super breakfast with many choices, and we ordered drinks and snacks at the bar in the evenings. Staff is very well trained, knowledgeable, and very kind. The breakfast manager in the restaurant was particularly kind and attentive. Location was about three to four blocks from the old town area. Rooms and public areas were spotlessly clean. Very pleasant place. There's also a good Belgian restaurant and bar a couple of doors down on the same side of the street as the hotel.
The staff was very friendly. Everything was clean.
We really enjoyed the breakfast. A lot of choices, very fresh and very tasty. We were pleasantly surprised by it.
Overall quite good value for money!
The hotel is very well located if you are coming from or going to the airport (Bus 3G, bus stop is a 5min walk away, 1€). However for our taste it could have been a bit closer to the city centre/old town, because it's a 25min walk or a 3€ Bolt/uber drive.
Artis Centrum is an excellent hotel, well located in the Old Town of Vilnius, whilst remaining a calm and comfortable choice. Our room was very spacious and we even had a large balcony for good measure. The breakfast was varied and delicious. Also the staff were very friendly and were always at our disposal when we needed something e.g: a taxi to the airport. We would stay here again.
Hotel located in very center of old town, but, in same time, with free of charge parking for hotel clients. Due to location in quiet area, there will not be annoying sounds of cars and bikes during the night. Premises are convenient and clean. Very helpful and friendly staff.
Breakfast is something special - it is possible to choose from menu, what kind of breakfast you prefer.
The standard room is small, but you can find everything you need here. The hotel environment is beautifully decorated, very clean, calm, friendly service staff. It is located in the center of the city, so you can easily reach the old town and the leisure and sports area by the river on foot. The breakfast was very rich and suitable for every pickiness and every diet.
Great location in the very center of the old town, at the Gate of Dawn. The hotel may not be very comfortable, but the fact that it is located in the buildings of a former male monastery compensates for everything. Staying in the old building where the wall thickness is about 1m, makes a phenomenal impression. It's worth stopping by at least once.
A great new modern cozy hotel 🏨 in the very center of the Old Town. Very comfortable bed 🛌 , great bathroom with in floor heating , good sized room.
Very good breakfast 🍳 is served in the morning , tasty and with a great variety of ingredients.
Professional and polite staff.
Very very clean in all areas.
its my favorite place in lithuania to stay. you feel like home every time you come back. this hotel have a home feeling vibe somehow, and its the most important thing to me. staff is very friendly, lov them 🤍 food at the restaurant is amazing, spa also. just the best words for this hotel. coming back soon ✨
The hotel was very clean, room was quiet, staff friendly, breakfast was fabulous. Located across from Gates of Dawn. I was able to walk everywhere in Old Town from the hotel. I will stay here again on my next visit to Vilnius. Parking is free and on site.
Breakfast was fabulous, I have not had a comparable breakfast in other hotel in this price range. All facilities and the room itself was sparkling clean. The location of the hotel is great, with convenient access from the airport and close to old town.
One of the best hotels we ever stayed during our holidays. Very cozy was the feeling I had everyday. Quite building, big room and very clean, quite near the old town. Breakfast was excelent, big variety of food, very tasty, cosy atmosfere.
We stayed in Standard room and it was more than we expected. Very cozy and comfort, nice and clean. Like a hotel room. Location is perfect for exploring all parts of the city and close to the old town. Check in was simple and easy.
Hotel location is close to public transport and old town. The room is clean, spacious and cozy. I even had a window on the top so I could watch stars from my bed❤️ They provide shampoo, body wash, lotion and conditioners.
Very friendly staff, reception works 24 hours. Cleanness was in very high level. Great location, old town is accessible by walk. As a surprise hotel upgraded my room to the best one for free.
The best hotel we stayed at during our entire 19 day visit to Poland and Lithuania. Beautiful rooms, comfortable bed, great location, very helpful staff. The breakfast was good too.
The location of the hotel was quite good. It is situated in the city center near beautiful old town. Is this stuff as equipment of the hotel is good enough. Breakfast was not bad.
It's a good (although rather basic) hotel located in the city center, next to the old town. Quite a good option for a short stay, as it was the case for us.
