The Tamworth Arms is a great place to stay, with friendly staff, very good food and clean rooms. We enjoyed our walk around the town. The castle looked lovely all lit up at night. What a beautiful place.
What a beautiful place. There are some lovely green areas and riverside walks. The whole place was litter free and the people were really friendly. There were so many activities to do and some fabulous shopping facilities. Well worth a visit.SarahUnited Kingdom - 10Scored 10
Tamworth has a lot in it.
Tamworth has a lot in it. A massive retail park with loads of shops, even got a Primark, lots of food options on it too, Nandos, Pizza Exp, Mcdonalds, KFC and loads more. There's big ski centre, its got everything if you want to venture out at night or find yourself short of something you forgot to pack.

The historical side of Tamworth is well worth looking at. Unfortunately the town centre looked tired and neglected. To many closed down pubs and shops. Shame because the pubs that are open are good, as are some of the shops.GaryUnited Kingdom

The lady who checked us in was extremely friendly and helpful and made recommendations in the area. Then at breakfast again she was extremely welcoming. We mentioned we were thinking of moving to the area and she was very kind and generous with her time. The breakfast was great value and very tasty. If you want or nees to stay in Tamworth don't look anywhere else.
