Penbrey is a lovely little village.
Penbrey is a lovely little village. Some great pubs which do amazing food. Pembrey Country Park is an amazing place, it's huge...... We visited during the busy season and were able to take our dog into the beach..... and what a beach.... again, its huge...!!!! We will certainly be visiting again, and will be using Four Seasons B & B, such a lovely friendly place to stay.

Its clear from other guests I encountered that Pembrey is used as a base for keen walkers. It was a suitable out of town location for my purpose of visiting Ffos Las racecourse about 20 minutes drive.

As for the Pembrey Country Inn down the road, it was so nice we had dinner there twice in a row. The landlord and staff are amazing, the atmosphere when a live group performed in the Saturday night was simply brilliant. We experienced Welsh hospitality in that pub for sure!

Cosy home with a garden to enjoy and a very comfortable bed. Good that we could take our dogs and that the garden is secure so no chance of them escaping. Kitchen had everything we needed and more and decent utensils etc. Decent shower and bathroom was fine. Had a homely feel.
