The staff are so helpful.
The staff are so helpful. It’s easy to get to - perfect for Harry Potter world. There seemed to be a few other attractions near by too. The pool and gym were a little shabby but the kids loved it and it was a great way to tire them out. The breakfast was great and at the other end of the day the bar was comfy, inviting and well stocked.Wilks - 10Scored 10
I thought this place was perfect for us.
I thought this place was perfect for us. We met our grandchildren there and they loved the pool. The evening menu was great for adults, unfortunately the children didn’t like anything but that’s not saying it was good. Picky eaters!

The staff were lovely. Really helpful. Put surprise birthday card and sweets in the room foe my son, which he loved. The room was tiny. Just enough space to walk between the double bed and the sofa bed. Bothe mattresses were extremely uncomfortable. Breakfast was basic and not much choice. It was clean and the in room amenities were good, shower pressure was disappointing, pull out bed had 2 duvets on top of the mattress but it was still uncomfortable, main bed was ok for 1 night- spare room level of comfort, not main room or luxury like the "purple" hotels. Breakfast choices were good and the option to take away was good too. There is the option for an evening meal even though the website says there isn't, but the Fullers right next door is a better option.AAnonymous

Had air conditioning, a nice big clean bathroom and really comfortable beds. Breakfast to go was included too. Really good value. Location was great. We didn't eat at the pub (as we fancied a change) but this is in the centre of old Hemel Hempstead and close to all the amenities. The pub is old, and feels really quaint.

The room we were given was the best hotel room we had in a 7 week trip. It was a good size and had a small sofa so you didn't have to sit on the bed to watch television. If you have trouble with stairs, make sure you request a ground floor room. Breakfast was included and was plentiful.
