Exceptional food, clean and cosy rooms, great ambient atmosphere as there are so many little nice details here ant there but check in and check out was unpleasant. Lady at the reception desk was making faces and made an impression she’s disturbed and annoyed instead of making us feel welcome. Other than that it’s a great place to stay.DovileBasLithuania

The location was great for us to ski Chaserrug (we were able to ski from the resort direct to the hotel, but needed a shuttle in the morning due to thinning snow).
