We absolutely loved our stay here. Very friendly staff, delicious breakfast, perfect location and the restaurant food was amazing, along with the very nice waiters and waitresses and the live music which made it all so comfy! Would definitely come back :)

The surroundings of the hotel are beautiful and the view from the balcony of the room was wonderful! The room we stayed in needs to be modernized. Cleaning was done every day, good breakfast. Green and peaceful village/suburb immediately near Interlaken, but far less touristy. It's on the main road and train path to Lauterbrunnen, Grindelwald and the Jungfraujoch, and has excellent access to the entire Interlaken/Jungfrau region. There are a handful of restaurants or activities here, but you can always go to the nearby city for that. We came by train and walked around mostly by foot, admittedly it would have been more convenient here with a car, but we still managed.YYgYgYgIsrael - 10Scored 10

It takes only a few minute to walk from the train station. From Interlaken to Wilderswil the train travel takes under 5min. The guest card which allows travel between Interlaken, Wilderswil and other surrounding areas to be free of charge was much appreciated. The staff was friendly. Check-in process was quick and simple. The room was nice and clean. The breakfast was good. We would happily stay here again! Thanks!

The hotel gave us cards which allowed us to use local train and bus services, which again was excellent, and allowed us to visit all the places in Interlaken that we wanted to see. It was a short walk downhill to the train station, and there were good local shops by the station. Very handy for our trip to the Jungfraujoch, which was our main reason for visiting the area. It took us a 10 minute walk (15 minutes with luggages) to get to Alpine INN. The room was clean and tidy, and the space was just right for 2 persons. We had chill moments at the hotel. Breakfast was provided in the little house near the entrance. If you prefer quiet neighbourhood, Wilderswil is a good choice with two supermarkets near the train stations.Hei ManHong Kong
