All the staff were super friendly (they even managed to gave us some dinner although we arrived after the restaurant was closed). It is my first time as a family with a baby to go to a "family" hotel and it exceeded my expectations, they had everything to make the most out of your stay. The wellness area for our baby was just great. Also the recommendations for activities were perfect. We definitely will go back again in the future.

The staff was exceptionally friendly, they got me sorted in no time and even provided some dinner even though there is no restaurant at the hotel (only a bar). They made it very easy to store my bike and get out very early in the morning. The room has some basic kitchen with a kettle which was very useful.PavelGermany

The staff was extremly helpfull and friendly. I really recommend a stay here, and book a room with the balcony to see the mountains first thing when you wake up.
