The hosts were lovely.
If walking to Tasch to catch the train to Zermatt with your own skis and boots it is quite a way especially when coming home after skiing at night.

It was very nice, but we didn't spend much time there. Our main goal was to get to Zermatt and see the Matterhorn which was fogged in 30 years ago when we last visited. The train station was very nice and clean. It was easy to purchase the tickets on the machines provided.

Tasch is the car parking and coach drop point for Zermatt, has a couple of nice restaurants slightly cheaper than Zermatt.
Has a train station coffee and convenience store.. As well as a couple of small supermarkets, though Zermatt's Co-op is better.
Good place to stay at the camp-site or a short stay into Zermatt,

I have looked at some of the other reviews and they all said that it was good, especially as the parking was included. I will say that this was not the case for us. When we arrived, we parked our car in a slot outside, there was a man there who told us that the parking would be 8 FSF per night. Then we tried to go into the building, the 1st difficult for me, was there were 5/6 stairs to get to the level where the entrance to the hotel was, then no one at receptionist, we were on the time that we stated that we would arrive., only then to find we had to go somewhere else for the keys. Unacceptable,
When we finally got in, the room was big, clean and a good balcony , this part was fine.

Tasch is a small village near Zermatt that is such a great place to stay. An accessible place with everything you need without having to stay in the thick of things (like Zermatt). Very peaceful.
1. Easily accessible by train with them coming and going every 20mins all day. There is a machine or you can go to the window and get human assistance buying tickets.
2. 2 very decent grocery stores as well as a few restaurants.
3. People are friendly and helpful
4. Small village so everything is within a 5-10min walk.
5. View and weather are lovely.
6. Sidewalk/trail runs parallel to the stream and you can walk to the next town easily.

Easy access to trains to visit Zermatt.
Easy access to trains to visit Zermatt. Zermatt is just one stop away from Tasch and we can grab our tickets at Tasch station.
Zermatt is a place where there are wide variety of restaurants with warm people.
Tasch is a beautiful place in itself and there are lots of walking trails which we can experience along the river streams and mountain views.
Good value for money. You can tell this is an old apartment that was recently renovated. Some parts of the apartment still look rather outdated, such as the kitchen. But the price of the apartment also reflects this, so completely fine with us! :) The place is spacious, everything in the kitchen worked, heating and warm warm water worked, the flat is close to Tasch train station, we were happy!
Most charming hotel on our stay in Switzerland. Room was clean and comfy. Lots of adorable Swiss mountain details. Front desk attendant was extra helpful, staying a bit late to check us in after hours, providing tips for a day in Zermatt, & allowing our car to stay after checkout. Breakfast was excellent. Definitely a home away from home feel. Wish we had planned to stay longer!
Great hotel, location, parking garage and village. Great place to stay! To get to Zermatt you walk across the street to the train station and within no more than 20 minutes you're in Zermatt. Our room with a balcony was great, excellent view of the Matterhorn everyday. The village is also great to wander around in and take pictures of typical Swiss homes.
Beautifully presented modern and clean apartment. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable and cosey. The apartment was across the road from the train station which was perfect for us. We would definitely stay again if were in the Täsch area again as it is less crowded than Zermatt but only 15 minutes from it!
free parking because we have a car. 8mins walk to Tasch station. Huge TV with Netflix.
The apartment was in a mess, not clean n clear when we check in. Very disappointed. we called n the housekeeper came n got it clean. Wi-Fi not working initially but technician came, on n off the transmiter n it works.
Trains stop 100m away from hotel in the morning from 8 to 10 am (every 30 minutes) to Zermatt and go back to the hotel from Zermatt in the afternoon from 4:15 to 6:15 pm (every hour). The hotel has a small indoor swimming pool, sauna room and gym free for use by the visitors.
Receptionist Joseph was super friendly and helpful, can clarify your query within 5 minutes. Regardless of -10C outside cold room was very warm and clean.
If you've light luggage you can walk from Tasch train station to the property , otherwise you need taxi/car.
Easy location right across the road from the Täsch train station. Train ride from Täsch takes about 15 mins into Zermatt. Room was clean, tidy and modern. A kettle with coffee sachets and tea was provided in the room. Outdoor balcony with view of mountains.
We had a lovely time staying for the weekend. The property is well equiped, very comfortable and in a convenient location. The deck has a beautiful view on the mountains. We highly recommend to stay at the petit paradisli when visiting Täsch or Zermatt.
Very lovely little apartment with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Well equipped kitchen. Lots of little touches to make your stay easier (eg hooks!). Täsch is a charming village with easy access to Zermatt. Hosts very friendly and helpful.
Location was very good. Close to TAsch station and bus stop.
Breakfast could be slightly improved by adding a few Indian foods when you have Indian guests .
Complimentary coffee machine was not available which most of the hotel have 24 /7
Amazing location right next to Station with regular trains to Zermatt - the purpose of our stay. Warmly friendly hotel with staff who did much to help and sort out issues. Very good breakfast.
the location so close to Tasch station, just 3 mins walk. the breakfast was great. the room has balcony with amazing view. check in and check out process are really easy
