Schwyz kind of has most anything you would want as an outdoors person. There is hiking, skiing, cycling (road/gravel/mountain bike), running, a large lake close by.... and more. There are various restaurants of all types, a couple of bars in the middle of downtown for afternoon cocktails, shopping on a somewhat small scale, etc. One of the best things everyone can enjoy is the scenery.

We had a great time down at the bar before retiring for the night, all the bartenders/staff we met were helpful and friendly, and the pub offered loads of board games, foosball, and darts!! The view from the hotel is amazing, and its easy to walk to wherever you need from the location (other pubs/bars/clubs/restaurants, etc.). Beds were comfy, shared bathrooms were clean, kitchen is available for use, parking free and available. Really fantastic stay!JessicaUnited States of America

The breakfast was good, though not many hot dishes. The hotel's restaurant served some very nice dishes. We ate twice, and we were happy both times. Ms. Andrea Pere from the restaurant was extremely helpful and efficient. She even stayed late night to translate the restaurant's menu from German to English for us and shared with us the next day!!!

We were able to leave our bags there and even check in a tiny bit in advance. We went while bars and restaurants were still forbidden indoors due to covid, so we were not able to enjoy the bar, but it looked amazing and I have no doubt it would have been a huge asset to our stay. They even had board games and a foosball table.

Shared kitchen with everything one could need, lockers inside with combination code if you get a shared room. Friendly staff that informed me about what to do in the area. You can ask for a visitor card that gives you discounts for activities is Schwyz, Gigi, Luzern and 4 cantons lake.
