This is a great hotel. Far better than a 2 star as its rated. The fire was lit for us at night to sit in the cosy inviting lounge area. The room was clean and beds comfortable. An electric jug is supplied with tea/coffee which was very welcomed at the end of a busy day sightseeing. Supermarket is only a few minutes away. The breakfast supplied is great. Friendly staff throughout the whole hotel. Train station is within easy walking distance also. We loved watching the snow fall from our patio area on the mountain and streets. We would stay here again and recommend to others visiting Interlaken.

We didn’t know there was an option for breakfast, but the room was sufficient, large shower and kettle in the room. Kaya on property was an excellent bonus! As well as the common areas.
