Being one of the cheaper hotels, we were really surprised to find the hotel closed when we arrived. Met a hiker though who told us that we should have recieved a code via mail to enter into the hotel. No such code was found. I called the hotel# and was told they'll arrive to sort it out. A nice lady turned up and gave us the keys. We also had drinks in the bar once we checked in. The two ladies taking care of us were very nice.

Comfortable bed, good TV, good shower although could have done with a shower curtain to help stop getting water on the floor. Amazing location, Sargans is beautiful, surrounded by mountains. Some very pretty typical Swiss buildings, a castle and a couple of lovely churches. Staff, friendly and efficient. Lots parking, easy to find.TimUnited Kingdom

We came with our dog and she was treated really well by the staff and they even gave her some surprises in our suite. Breakfast was very good and varied and the dinner we had at the restaurant inside the hotel was also very delicious. Location is great also, very few minutes away from the train station.
