Being one of the cheaper hotels, we were really surprised to find the hotel closed when we arrived. Met a hiker though who told us that we should have recieved a code via mail to enter into the hotel. No such code was found. I called the hotel# and was told they'll arrive to sort it out. A nice lady turned up and gave us the keys. We also had drinks in the bar once we checked in. The two ladies taking care of us were very nice.

A lovely quiet room with a very comfortable bed, so effectively sound-proofed that I could hear nothing of a party (including a drummer) that was in a nearby function room. A good en-suite bathroom. An excellent smorgasbord breakfast. A restaurant with an extensive menu. And very pleasant and helpful staff.PETERAustralia

We came with our dog and she was treated really well by the staff and they even gave her some surprises in our suite. Breakfast was very good and varied and the dinner we had at the restaurant inside the hotel was also very delicious. Location is great also, very few minutes away from the train station.
